Absolute scam of a company. Website is completely bogus and they claim to sign you up for some “VIP membership” as an excuse to take repeated monthly payments. Blocked them from my bank after contacting their “customer care” personally and many months later have ended up with more duplicate payments using my existing card information. Do not use this whatsoever.
I would like to address the huge disappointment of your service overall. Starting from being months late and still not delivering a dress ordered back in January. I still do not know where the dress is and why I haven’t received a reason for delay and the dress. I would like the money back and also would like to instruct you to STOP trying to take money off my account.
SCAM SITE- they automatically sign you up for a membership when you order and never cancel the membership despite confirmation receipt of request. Dress never showed up and then became unavailable when subscription was canceled. They continue to promise they have canceled membership but yet the continue to draft the membership. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site.
Please do not shop with Lavish Ivy! They use deceptive practices. My daughter found a pretty pink dress for a tea party on this site, I was a bit leary, but charged to a credit card so I could dispute if necessary. Well, my concerns were very valid! Dress was received late, cheap quality, we paid $26.98. And then I noticed I was being charged monthly $29.99, I never clicked anything to sign up for a VIP status, it must have been checked and you had to uncheck it. I thought I reviewed everything prior to purchase, not sure how I missed it. Got explanation from company and closed my credit card after disputing the charges. Please shop elsewhere and if you do decide to shop with them...PLEASE review all areas before final purchase. So frustrating to deal with underhanded companies such as this. Another lesson learned, follow your instincts and not just try to make your children happy.
DONT SHOP HERE!! i ordered a dress from here back in november and the quality of the dress was pretty poor. after this i received a charge to my card for the vip membership which i unknowingly signed up for and continued getting this for a couple months. i reached out and fought to cancel my membership which was not easy and they made me pay for the next months payment even though i was cancelling. we are now in august and i hadn’t received any charges for a while so i had completely forgot about this until i received one today from them which my bank thankfully declined and stopped. this just shows that they clearly keep your bank details and even after cancelling and not shopping there since november they still have my details. i have now blocked my old card and set up a new one in hopes that they can no longer charge me fraudulently. watch out with this company as it is clearly all a scam and is certainly not worth the stress and money that they steal from you
I ordered a dress back in January 2025, which I have never received. I then got charged for their "VIP membership" two months in a row. I had exchanged multiple emails from them and they do respond but do not provide any refunds, they did stop the VIP membership. I have unfortunately been charged by them again, this being August now and have not been anywhere near the site since. They obviously keep your card details. I have an ongoing dispute with the bank over these transactions but yet to get any of my money back.
Do not buy from them!! I bought dress which was very bad material and after as buying as a guest they tried to take money from my account. Also I haven’t agreed for any subscription. !!! I cancelled my card few months ago and they tried to take money from my account again. SUCH A SCAM !!! Don’t buy from them!!
They did not ship dresses, after 6 weeks of waiting I called and they could not tell me a ship date so I canceled my order. They still charged me the $29.99 "vip" member fee. So I had to go back online and try to cancel the membership - that took multiple efforts. This all happened in April and May. Now suddenly 4 months later they charged me $29.99 - THREE TIMES in the last 2 weeks! Headed to the bank now, but be warned: they will cheat you and they will steal from you. Don't believe the positive reviews.
