Don't deal with company. I applied on line for a prepaid sim paid my 7€ for 7gb. Registered the sim on line checked on the online app showing 7gb to use and 0.01€ credit. Started using the gb no problems getting low so I added 15€ credit then showing 15.01€ . As my gb Started dropping so did my credit till both were zero and no Internet was available. Rang up customer services quote my lebara telephone number and they would not talk to me as the number wasn't registered to me.I've been conned by 15€ .Sent email 3 days ago no response at all. Con job this company. Spoke with lebera uk where I have an account nothing they can do totally different company!@
Telling me to download the Lebrara app but not recognising my email address even though they are sending me emails on the same email address. Cant download the app because of this error. Sorry I didnt see these review before getting this SIM wuth this company now seriously concerned I have it.
After applying for a free SIM card (and paying the first month upfront of the tariff) and selecting the option for communications to be in English, I received a text (in Spanish) saying delivery had been attempted but that we weren’t home (we were actually in the garden for the whole day, so would have been a few yards away from a delivery driver). I phoned Lebara to rearrange delivery and spoke to a man who can probably speak English as much as I can Spanish. Long story short he said that they could not rearrange delivery and that I would need to buy a SIM card from the local shop. I asked about the refund of the tariff and he said this would be returned in 2 days. It has now been several weeks and I still cannot get a refund. I’ve now tried WhatsApp and phoning to no avail. Please be aware that this company will be a nightmare if you have issues and don’t speak fluent Spanish!
Please avoid this company. They raised the minimum limit from 5 EUR per month to 7 without noticing. The credit can be charged by 5 or 10, which doesn't make any sense. If you have any left credit, then it is consumed without notice at an absurd higher rate. There is no one you can talk with. I will make complain to the consumer rights authorities in Spain. Please avoid this scam at any cost!!!
If I could give zero sore I would.By far the worst experience I have had with a phone company. In December I made a top up for 20 Euros online. They took the money but never activated the top-up. A couple of days later I called customer service and asked "Where is my top up", they said there was a problem with the payment system and they would refund the money if I made another payment over the phone with them. I did, which was also not activated. So, 40 euros later and still no top up. I gave up and kept using the phone just to receive messages. One month later they cancel my card for lack of payments and refused to reactivate it. Just the crappiest of phone companies.
