Review Time
Visited this place specifically as website stated they stocked a specific brand we were interested in looking at. Went along to find the door locked and a small sign saying knock for entry. After waiting 5mins someone eventually let us. Explained we wanted to try a specific brand but were told they dont stock it. We explained we were first time parents didn't really have a clue what we were looking for and were then left on our own wandering about. 1 lady in the shop trying to split her attention between 4 different customers isn't great. The lack of customer service we received put us off purchasing. We left and purchased from a different store. I feel maybe an update of website is required, and maybe info on the website telling people doors will be locked on arrival (although thats not a great look). If only one member of staff available perhaps have an appointment system so that full attention can be given and we dont feel rushed.

Bought our travel system from here last year and the ladies were so incredibly helpful and patient as we decided which one to go for. We recently had a problem with our pram and they got it fixed and back to us very quickly, even lending us a spare so we weren’t without whilst our was being fixed! Amazing customer service!
We just bought nursery furniture today!The ladies could not have been more helpful or friendlier!The best service we have had in any shop when looking for baby stuff!Would highly recommend!! Thank you for making our experience amazing 💗
