Review Time
Not good. Product stopped working. Had to jump through hoops and create videos to prove it. Sent it back finally after dealing with the process. It arrived at their warehouse over a week ago, I even sent screenshot showing it was there from tracking, and they continue to say they still haven’t received it or scanned it in.
Omg the customer service was SO helpful getting me my package! It was sent to Mexico, then had to be rerouted to New York because of shipping delays. The Customer Service team was always incredibly responsive and kind, and helped me get my package where it needed to go! Appreciated it so much.
I recently purchased a product, and after multiple uses decided to leave a review on the website detailing my personal experience. I did not violate an clear guidelines, like naming a competitor or stating what I paid (which I’d seen in other reviews), but my review was still moderated. I received an email stating they couldn’t not publish my review as it violated guidelines without specifying which guidelines specifically.It’s shady business practice to filter out reviews that state clear issues with the product, as I did. I saw similar statements made in multiple other reviews, yet mine was flagged. This was my second time purchasing, and I believe it will be my last.I contacted customer service prior to my review being flagged, as I had some clear and known issues with the product. I also included that a product manual for the item I purchased was not made available. I have screenshots of available manuals, including one for an older model of the same product. I’d expect this from more inexpensive brands, but this company should be able to provide accurate information and manuals for their “luxury” devices.
They were all the way the best customer support I ever had. Even though some limitations apply and you can't return the item, we still found the best solution for me. I'm now a proud owner of a great item that suits me. I wouldn't doubt ordering from Lelo again!
I bought this on a recommendation from Ref29 but found it painful and not usable. When I contacted Lelo I was told I could have 30% off another product. Not impressed when the product is totally unusable. They rejected this review on their website.Edited to add - after submitting my details via the link provided from the response in the reply, I have not been contacted regarding this issue. The customer service is non existant. Please don't buy from Lelo.
