Asked to prove bank details and purchases after paid for.

Purchased a small fortune worth of toys from Lelo via credit card and Klarna and then received an email the next day to say I needed to confirm my bank details and purchases with them before they would process the order or they would cancel within 48 hours I've never had any issues purchasing anything online before so for it to be coming from a company selling sex toys who have no faith in their own online system is unbelievable.Maybe the toys are good but being humiliated isn't my thing and I would recommend purchasing through a third party vendor unless you want to share your bank details and purchases with random customer services.

Just wanted to leave a review of the F1s v2 that I recently received. It is way overpriced vibrator. I don't know about some of the features or programs people talk about and I can't seem to get any farther with it. Like I said, way overpriced vibrator that is way too short to fit an erect penis. SORAYA WAVE stopped working

The Lelo care team seem nice enough but I’m extremely disappointed that my SORAYA WAVE stopped functioning properly and as it’s been over a year from the purchase date I have only been offered a 50% off code to purchase a new one. I believe a 10 year guarantee should guarantee the item works or is replaced. For a high priced item and reputable company I’m very disappointed. What’s to say a new one wouldn’t break too?

I placed an order on their website but…

I placed an order on their website but there was no reply for at least 2 days. I contacted them again and they said that it was rather crazy because of Amazon Prime and some initiative they had with them. They were very nice and did their best to send me the product as soon as possible. 5 days later I was a happy lady.

Broken LELO HEX XL condoms

Bought Lelo HEX XL condoms to try, and of course for the condom broke... while I was in a fertile window and it was the first time we bought those condoms. I know condoms can break and all that jazz... but with SKYN condoms it was always great and never had an issue.Ofc I had to take a pill which messed up my hormones and so on.They were the most expensive condoms I've ever bought and they break..

Rather good delivery

I like the fact that they responded within 15 minutes. I contacted them on their website, the chat window popped up. Convenient. Less convenient was that I had to send them their toy (a battery problem). Is there a way not to send your intimate toys to get a new one? Not sure, but I did not like that. The rest was OK.

cant be more disappointed

I am an existing customer of Lelo. I purchased a top end item in June 23.. cant be more disappointed.. it has poor power and falls off.. I contacted customer service for refund as item not fit for purpose .. was told to insert when flaccid and grow inside! .. what a joke!.. no refund offered .. items going in the bin.. £100’s lost. Will take my continued business elsewhere ... I left a review on their web site but don't believe it will be published because they review and filter negative feedback
