I have been buying LELO toys for several years, and all of them are of excellent quality. They have lasted me for several years. I just purchased some more three days ago, and I made a mistake in choosing the color of one of the products. I contacted support, and they immediately changed the color and corrected my order, delivering it to my address within 3 days of the purchase. They are excellent. The best.
Horrible experience with this brand/company, I order Ben wa balls on the 14th of January and it’s Now February 2 and I still haven’t received my order. Customer care just copy and paste the same thing. Do not recommend buying off this website.
So, after 3 years my favorite Lelo toy died - fair enough! I went to customer service for tips. Valerija helped me from the start till the end - an angel on Earth. She helped me sort out product registration (I hadn't done that before), then file a warranty claim (Lelo offers it for 10 YEARS!) and managed the claim herself, since I had already been in touch with her. Better management than the immigration office, I'll tell you that lol. Having a dedicated person to solve the issue was amazing and so hassle-free. She sorted me out and got my warranty coverage - now got my replacement toy on its way at 50% off - WAY more generous than most brands out there, imo. Anyway, I adore Lelo toys and have been a faithful customer since 2020. I've gifted SONA toys to 4 of my friends and they all love it. So, enough said! Thank you for your help Valerija and love to Lelo!
Customer service was great, very effective and nice, however I would have preferred to contact someone in spanish since english is not my mother tongue and the shop where I made the order was all in spanish, so having to write e-mails in english was a surprise. Also automatic e-mails do not work so well since I had to contact them in order to get my tracking number, which have usually been sent to me automatically when I have shopped in other online shops. Another thing is that I never knew when was it going to be delivered since the link they sent me was in a different laguage (I think polish??) and it was not updating correctly. What saved me was the e-mail from seur the day my package was about to be delivered so I could warn the person that was about to receive it since it was a gift. So in conclusion, nice customer service, bad delivery information service.
Lrlo Ora 2 : Woeful. The worst ive ever used. Its not even substandard its no-standard. Everything about the product is shoddy. Battery dies after x1 use and its not like im using for hours at a time. Its inasanley loud, lke a mechanical 1950s vibrator noise. And its just a rotating ball - that is not replicating oral. Cannot believe the ratings Lelo have. Surely they cannot be genine because this product is so so bad its actually comical. Like a joke sex toy.
My experience with this company is really good. When I received the product, there was no cord in the box. I contacted them just to let them know. I was going to use the cord of the LELO product that I bought previously. They sent me a new cord anyway. Pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a few products. Time was passing by, no products. I got really anxious so I got in touch with them. I was ready to confront them but they calmed me down and told me that the LA carrier had a problem because of the highway fire. They asked me for some patience. A few days later the products arrived. Good job.
