Review Time
I am super disappointed in LELO... I have multiple items from them that have gone defective within the 1st year of ownership.With 1 item, I claimed the warranty within the time of the warranty period but I never received a return shipping label from Lelo so didn't send my device in. Now they won't warranty it... In another situation I had a device that went defective but it didn't realize it was a serious issue until the 1 year mark. At first I just thought the device needed to charge longer... turns out it is completely defective and although this was within the 1 year warranty period I didn't claim it until after as I didn't realize the seriousness of the issue.Thanks,Brittany
The warranty process was very easy to follow and a replacement Loki Wave was delivered within ten days. I did not have to return the device, but did process it for battery recycling (take it apart). Excellent service and the customer service rep (Nika) was excellent to work with. The Loki Wave is an excellent experience and I'm happy to have a replacement. Thank you Lelo!!!
Amazing support. Been their customer since 2017, and never had any issues before. Delivery is fast, product quality top-notch. Just recently had my first issue, the package arrived damaged and the product was faulty. They picked it up with a courier within a couple of days and immediately sent a replacement with express mail. They even sent a different product type at my request as a replacement (both cost the same). Bottom line, their support is super good!!
I have been a dedicated Lelo user for years and have never had a problem. I would bet that most people who are satisfied aren't leaving reviews. I had to return one product after six months and they replaced it after the warranty process. Ivan was super helpful and extremely pleasant and professional. No product is without issues... but I'm very happy with Lelo and recommend it to friends all the time.
Absolutely horrendous. Due to the “luxury brand” marketing and high prices I assumed the products and services would be superior. I was massively wrong! First product you can’t tell AT ALL if the intensity is increased. Second product, came with a tiny bag that it doesn’t even fit in, and a “universal charger” that loosely fits in a few millimetres. NOT mentioned in the instructions QR coded manual I might add! Quite important information to leave out! Customer service response is “well nobody else has complained”. That isn’t acceptable. Electrical information should always be included, especially when this is an open charger point on a “waterproof” product and I’ve now rammed the cable in with some force because (in my mind) cables aren’t supposed to only loosely fit into a product with more than half of their metal connector hanging out. Interestingly this product is so over semitone on its “down” button that it randomly turns off when you’re about to hit a crucial point if you know what I mean! For a personal massager company I expect better products and not the disgraceful level of customer service I received for £200+ of product.
