Don’t bother

Don’t bother. I bought a very expensive LELO toy that broke within a few weeks, and despite the company saying they have a 1 year warranty they refused to do anything about it because I didn’t have video evidence as I had thrown the device in the bin. Terrible.

Sona Cruise 2 is a faulty product.I got run around in circles by multiple people in customer service.I've gotten two replacements also with the same issue and they want to replace with another.I cannot recommend this company.

Charging premium to create the luxury…

Charging premium to create the luxury illusion yet the customer experience is nothing but cheap and scammy. Their website automatically adds a free gift to your cart and remove it the last second before you pay. Customer service claims customers have to manually add the gift. Since I wanted to return and place a $200 order, they asked me to take multiple pictures to prove my case, pay for the shipping, and told me one of the sealed unopened products cannot be returned. I’ll bring my money somewhere else. Way to tell a repeat customer to F off.

F2S is versatile and strong

M32 - been enjoying the F2S gen 2 sleeve. Third toy I've gotten and by far the best. Multiple sensors are great and open end offers a lot of versatility.

Your data is not safe

This company does not manage customer data with care - I have never subscribed to their emails (always make sure of that when purchasing any products anywhere) yet I was receiving marketing emails from them. At some point I managed to get myself removed from their mailing list just for the emails to start again 2 years later. They clearly do not have data protection and data management policies in place and are using data without your consent. I would not order from them knowing this information.

Very small, overpriced, no refunds or trades

It doesn't do anything much differently than my 40$ Amazon one and it has less features. Also it runs VERY small it only covers half of mine. Also once you take it out the box there is no refunds or room to trade at all

I just wanted to write a very special thank you to Ms.Ivana (customer care manager). She did a very excellent job making sure that my order that was having shipping & emailing issues to be resolved quickly & efficiently. I really appreciated her wonderful care for valuing Lelo customers & making sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. Ivana was incredibly kind, caring, informative, helpful, professional, personable, courteous, & overall above & beyond. She made sure to take care of all me & my fiancees needs & covered all the proper bases a manager should & more. With all this being said, all we ask is for Ivana (manager) to be taken care of in the highest regards possible (raise, promotion, etc). Customer service is everything to us & its wonderful people like her that have us continue coming back to a business (in this case - Lelo). We also want our compliment & thoughts of her incredibly amazing job to be taken to higher management as she deserves the best possible acknowledgement for all her great hardwork. Would highly recommend Lelo. Thank you again, Ivana!
