No compréis en Leroy Merlin son injustos

WARNINGNo compren un cortacésped Sterwins de Leroy Merlin. Compré uno, funcionó uno o dos minutos y luego se paró. Lo compré el lunes sobre las 6 p. m. y lo devolví el martes por la mañana. No nos reembolsan el dinero ni nos dan uno nuevo. Ahora tenemos el césped muy alto y tenemos que esperar a que reparen el cortacésped inservible. ¡UNA FALTA DE SERVICIO!Don't buy a Sterwins Lawn Mower from Leroy Merlin. Bought one, it worked for 1-2 minutes and stopped. It was purchased on Monday at around 6pm and I took it back on Tuesday morning. They won't refund or give us a new one. Now we have VERY long grass and have to wait for the useless lawn mower to be repaired. DREADFUL LACK OF SERVICE

We ordered a new water heater for the…

We ordered a new water heater for the house. Should be "delivered tomorrow". One day passed and the support is just unprofessional. Ask for NIE Number and Phone number but not about the Order number or billing number. Could not find the order in the databank, but the money they have taken. So we ent to Leroy Merlin in Ondara (Costa Blanca) and the sell stuff did not get a "s****. They can do nothing. So I will avoid Leroy Merlin 'cause of the carless Spanish employees. France should take better care to whom they hire.

Bad customer service

Very bad warranty service. I bought an A/C with installation service. It did not work, and still after 1,5 months, no response and still not working. They seems to ignore the problem.I do not recommend to purchase anything there that comes with a warranty.

Money taken twice and not refunded

We puchased items on line totalling €184. The money was debited from our account immediately. Two days later, the same amount was deducted again. We contacted them and were told to contact our bank. We contacted our bank and were told categorically that it was the fault of Leroy Merlin, who should refund the money to us. Two messages later to Leroy Merlin to insist they refund the money they had wrongly taken twice and no reply from them. It is now 8 days since we placed the order on line and paid and still we have not received a refund for the second payment they deducted incorrectly. This is an outrageous practise and have never experienced anything like this before with them. If this is now their way of doing business, they will not get any further custom from us after 7 years of being loyal customers A total scam that needs to be stopped immediately. Compramos artículos en línea por un total de 184 €. Nos cargaron el dinero inmediatamente. Dos días después, nos volvieron a cargar la misma cantidad. Nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y nos indicaron que contactáramos con nuestro banco. Nos pusimos en contacto con nuestro banco y nos dijeron categóricamente que la culpa era de Leroy Merlin, que debía reembolsarnos el dinero. Dos mensajes más tarde, Leroy Merlin insistía en que nos devolvieran el dinero que nos habían cobrado dos veces indebidamente, pero no nos habían respondido. Han pasado 8 días desde que hicimos el pedido en línea y pagamos, y aún no hemos recibido el reembolso del segundo pago que nos cobraron incorrectamente. Es una práctica indignante y nunca antes habíamos vivido algo así. Si esta es su forma de hacer negocios, no volverán a tener clientes nuestros después de 7 años de ser clientes fieles. Una estafa total que debe detenerse de inmediato.

They sold us faulty door

They sold us faulty door. the lock was placed in the wrong position during manufacture. we fitted it ourselves and once done were unable to open it with the key due from the outside due to the fault. Leroy Merlin said the door is not guaranteed because they didn't fit it even though the door comes fitted into its frame and there is no way we could damage the lock during fitting!! Absolutely disgusting service from such a big company!! Awful - we not have a door we can't open from the outside so not really a door!!!

Issues with custom ordered doors and windows

I ordered room doors custom made and separately a large window, and as others mention, everything was great when we were making a contract and paying. They set the delivery date for beginning of April for the doors. The doors did not arrive on that date, and nobody called us I had to call, then one door arrived one month later, one were broken and one did not arrive, still waiting for them almost 2 months after the planned date. The window came slightly different from what we expected, and without some parts which we are still waiting for. The help desk never knows the history so we have to open a new incident for every issue and hope for the best.

We bought a gas boiler mounted it but wouldn't work so we took it back to the shop but they refused to exchange . We only had it from Friday took it back Thursday.. the staff were very rude and arrogantLast time we will be shopping there.

Dangerous garden swing

I bought a garden swing from Leroy Merlin Sept 2023 for holiday home. Yesterday the swing broke dropping my granddaughter to the ground. She got a fright and a nasty bruise on her hip and arm. One of the bolts broke clean in half. Clearly the swing is seriously sub standard and very dangerous.

Simply frustrating

The company sells you an offer inline, cashes in, the delays offer any tangible info on new delivery dates which cost you money snd is very frustrating. A company run by profesionals for profesional without being profesional

Zero stars for customer service

Zero stars for customer service. Had some paint mixed, chose the shade we wanted, dark grey. When we came to use it the shade was no where near the shade we asked for, a very much lighter shade of grey which is no good. We paid almost 100 euros for this so not cheap. The store in valencia is 2 hours away so have sent 2 support requests online almost 2 weeks ago and no reply. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!! Spent 1000s with them over the years.
