I bought a product online. THEY FORGOT TO PUT A 25 meter pipe! THIS IS JUST NOT OKAY! THEN THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I MEAN NO ONE GAVE THEM PERMISSION, I DIDN'T MAKE A PURCHASE, THEY JUST TOOK MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION. AM I A BANK OR A CREDITOR OF THIS COMPANY TO TAKE MY MONEY?!??!?!?!? THIS IS CRAZY, IF YOU DO WORK WITH THEM, ONLY WORK THROUGH PAYPAL AND REVERSE THEIR PERMISSION TO TAKE YOUR MONEY OTHERWISE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY WHENEVER THEY WANT FOR NO REASON. I DEMAND COMPENSATION FOR TAKING MY MONEY! I AM ANGRY AND I CANNOT TOLERATE THIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS CLIENTS.
Betaald voor nieuwe achterdeur en installatie.Medewerker van Leroy heeft de tegels afgebroken! Vloertegels zijn beschadigd en ik heb nú schimmel in huis !Leroy meerdere malen klachten gestuurd! Kijk naar hun antwoord:“Regarding the storage room door, a return is not possible since the door is installed. As for damage to the slabs, on-site finishes are not included in the service. It is normal for tiles to break when removing a door that is embedded with claws in the wall. Therefore, as a commercial gesture, we can place a 7cm mat that will cover part of the damage, although not entirely. We consider the case closed while waiting for you to tell us if you want us to place these mats.”Ze vinden dit normaal !!! En willen nog een plint plakken er op !!!Echt ongelofelijk!
I do not recommend this company. I never received my order. Paid around 300 eur for a wooden fence. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but nothing came. No one is calling us to let us know what the problem is or when the delivery will be. The helpcenter/call center couldn't be bothered about it, they tell me every time to wait till mañana, wich I did, multiple times now, for a week. Mañana mañana, I am done with it, I will ask my money back today and never order anything again.
This morning I approached the area where you get help with sawing wood. The man there didn't greet me nor greeted me back when I said good morning. When I asked if he could help me cut my pieces of wood he just said NO. I then asked if he could help me cut some screws, once again he just said NO. I asked him if he had any suggestions of where I could get help. He suggested buying the tools to do it myself!!! Luckily one of your other clients suggested I do it myself at the little workstation just the other side of the tills. I cut my wooden pieces and screws myself, which was easy enough.I just think that the unhappy, unfriendly and un service minded man manning the wood sawing area should have told me this. You, as a company, should not rely on your costumers helping each other.Unsatisfied customer
I contracted Leroy Merlin to renovate a bathroom. The work started on the 17th March and I was told it would take 7 working days. There was a problem in that the mirror delivered was damaged. Subsequently two other replacement mirrors were also delivered damaged. Eventually after many emails and a visit to the store in Marbella an alternative mirror was offered and was to be delivered on the 16th of April. It was delivered on the 29th April because of a “glitch” in Leroy Merlin’s words. It is now the 10th of May and I am still waiting for it to be fitted. I have heard nothing from Leroy Merlin.
I ordered a gas heater and it arrived damaged which I reported within ten minutes of delivery.The box had a cut in it about 9 inches long which was clearly caused by poor handling.Driver said nothing of course.Leroy Merlín replied to my report promptly and said collection exchange would take place. I had supplied a picture.TWO DAYS LATER I got an email and all they seemed interested in was how they were going to charge the delivery company.No mention of collection, no mention of replacement. Of course they could be assessing if they can blame me. Customer service in Spain is abysmal.I will probably get a replacement once the sun is shining.It’s not my job to aid your claim, just collect it and spend your time on your problems Leroy Merlín.Don’t waste more of my time with more shoddy service.
I bought from Leroy Merlin a TESY EV 12S 300 L 65 tank without the heating element with reference code 301456. Since I did not receive this kit for 8 months (!!!), I cancelled the order. Do not buy TESY because they don´t have spare parts and no email contact address.
Purchased a battery drill at christmas. Used twice and the chuck part of it would not open or close. Took it back to where we purchased, Lorca branch (not close to where we live but thought it best to take back to original branch) only to be told it couldn't be exchanged but had to be sent to be fixed and would be back within 2 weeks.....It's now we'll over a month and I have sent emails regarding this and filled out a complaint form but still not received any response.This is not good enough
