I ended up buying from your Finestrat branch and the advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not know his name. The advisor at Calpe, Jose Angel was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a sofa and carpet on January 4th from Leroy Merlin Sabadell, and I was expecting a delivery at the latest on January 25th. Today, on January 18th, I have received an email saying they are going to process my refund. No apologies, no explanation, no compensation. They are so unprofessional.
Purchased a furniture on their website. Furniture is subcontracted to ok living. Never received the delivery shipped DPD after over a month. Leroy Merlin has NOT provided any support, hiding behind its supplier ok living. DPD shipping is subcontracting the shipment too. No one can be reached. DO NOT TRUST LEROY MERLIN
Spent over €3000 on a pellet stove and installation.It developed a fault within the three years warranty.They refuse send a technician to inspect,I stead are guessing what is wrong and saying the supposed fault isn't covered.I got an independent technician who diagnosed a completely different fault to LM'S guess .I'm now left with a large repair bill and a cold house over winter. Do NOT purchase a pellet burner from Leroy Merlin.
I recently had my bathroom renovated by the team at Leroy Merlin La Zenia. From planning to completion the service has been exceptional. Lana from the bathroom planning department was helpful, professional and knowledgeable, and always available to help when needed. Rafa the project manager was very helpful and professional too.The installation team worked hard and to a very high standard. They were polite and always pleasant. I am very happy with the service and standard of work from everyone involved with this project.
We bought a Zibro LC 30. After trying it for a few days, and a persistent unpleasant odor, we tried to return it, but they refused.The box was open when we bought it. A salesperson told us it was new. After opening it at home, there was a second manual for an older machine. The pump for filling it was missing, and there was a clear fluid in the tank, presumably kerosene. We returned the Zibro to the store, but they refused to take it back because I had used it. The fact that there was fluid in the tank when I bought it wasn't possible, according to them. They said everything was checked before sale.I left the machine there without a refund, so they can sell it again. They won't be seeing me at Leroy Merlin again.I'm very aware that this comment doesn't bother Leroy Merlin, but I wanted to mention it anyway.
ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Having purchased an estufa for just under 600€, I had occasion to cancel as I found my pipework installation would not accommodate it. I was prepared to pay a cancellation fee but for a deduction of 68€ shipping & packaging to be applied, I find excessive. Especially as it was never delivered!! However, it gets worse....the purchase was made on the Leroy Merlin website and they took the order and the money, but the supplier was Ferronconfort (who applied the deduction). My product was never delivered and I am still trying to get my refund. Ferronconfort say they will issue when the product is received??? What has this to do with me, it was never even delivered to me, so I can't be responsible for it's rerurn? Leroy Merlin insist it's nothing to do with them, even though they took the order and the money and Ferronconfort say Leroy Merlin will issue the refund. Leroy Merlin will do nothing but argue with me, the person online refuses to give their name or job title, nor will they involve a supervisor or manager. They are incredibly rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Now they won't talk to me, I go straight to virtual assistant! Never again will I use this company.
Absolutly avoid buying anything from this company that they do not stock. I ordered a gate from leyroy merlin, 559 euros. The item never turned up. Infact the delivery company refused to deliver and said I must collect for a collection point. 4m wide gates. After a failed delivery I regested a cancellation as I never recieved it. So now Leyroy merlin wash there hands and say it is nothing to do with them, although it says leyroy merlin on the invoice and my bank statement. I've sent from chat to message here and everywhere no refund no care. I will never use leyroy merlin online again. Also never us there sister companies Tribo Homes and GLS the delivery company.
Leroy Merlin does not price match own stores!Purchased 2 AC split units with the assurance they would match any price change/ price match since it was so close to Christmas/new year and various sales. Two weeks later the same AC units were on sale with a 75 Euro discount on the units in another Leroy Merlin store 20km away. Ask for the price match as promised but management said they would only price match there own store sales. What would have been nice if all Leroy Merlin stores priced matched the products sold in Leroy Merlin stores.
If I could score zero I would. Terrible customer service. I bought a gas water heater which was very dangerous and they keep either ignoring my messages, or keep passing me on to Cointra! (The manufacturer of the heater) Who don’t reply either. Leroy Merlin - you were the point of sale, ultimately it is your responsibility!Very, very poor.
