Repeated failures, misleading products, and unacceptable service.My experience with this retailer has been nothing short of disastrous. I ordered specific models and designs to fit perfectly with my renovation plans, yet time and again I received the wrong items. In one case, the instructions on the box were completely inaccurate, forcing me to tear down newly installed tiles and redo the entire setup at great expense. In another, I ordered a glass divider for a walk‑in shower but was sent a completely different panel that was useless and had to be thrown away.The problems did not stop there. A toilet I purchased turned out to be an odd, non‑standard size, making it impossible to fit a smart seat. Delivery was slow, communication required repeated calls and emails, and returning items was pointless given the wasted time and complications involved.This is not an isolated mistake—it is a repeated pattern. The majority of the items I bought for my bathroom renovation were either wrong, did not fit, or were simply unusable. The frustration is overwhelming, and the negligence and lack of professionalism are disgraceful.Buyer beware: this company cannot be trusted. What should have been a renovation project turned into a series of failures, wasted money, and endless headaches.
Many orders in the past, customer of long standing, but when trying to return online order for the very first time, reason item delivered in wrong colour! ...madness,constant disinformation, laconic responses, refund still pending - 20 days already!!! -Nº de incidencia: 2650762-Nº de pedido: 25299L46517Here's a quick story... one time they say I can return directly to the store, another time they say I can't because it's an online order. I waited two weeks for the courier to pick it up, and now they're telling me they have no information that the item has been returned. Despite contacting customer service via email, phone call and WhatsApp, still nothing... unbelievable!!!
Leroy Merlin Torrevieja (habaneras) renovated my bathroom and the result exceeded all my expectations.🌟 It turned out absolutely beautiful, they kept the timeline, and they updated me continuously throughout the renovation — which was especially important since we weren’t on site. Ordered items from them for the kitchen The largest being an oven Delivery charge for delivery of all items even though we only did it because of large item. We could have taken small items with us. Then we get a call that oven is not available so we can have a refund but not for delivery charge as they delivered the smaller items What a con
Leroy Merlin use SEUR as their delivery company, look at their reviews, unbelievable how a company like that exists. Needless to say I didn't receive the product. I eventually received a refund, luckily, as SEUR told them it had been delivered. Why is ordering online in Spain so shit?
Avoid!!!! Bought a bespoke window and paid extra for an external sill. It arrived without end profile caps. Several emails later, I got a reply stating that they don't provide them and that I should fit the sill into the wall. This coming from a customer service agent, not a construction professional...
Appalling service. Waited 6 weeks to be sent the wrong window. All you get are automated responses that don’t resolve the problem. The routine response is they tried to contact you, case closed, start again. Instead of collecting and sending the correct window it’s treated as if it were a standard return and refund. No offer to correct the situation and send the correct window. So if I ever get my refund having already had the wrong window collected I am back where I started 2 months ago and have to reorder.
