When you buy something from the internet you should expect getting it in a sealed condition without any broken parts. I bought an ventilator sobremesa that seems to be in "used" condition and having a piece that has a big crack. It is shaking heavily when runningGot a message from Leroy Merlin:"First of all, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We inform you that your order no. 23223L9211-A has been sold by a third-party seller ("BRICOPROFESIONAL")."Great to know, but I bought it through the Leroy Merlin company. I now have to spend time complaining with a third-party company!Well they took the package back and I got my money back. So it all ended well
I paid £2,266 for a sun canopy. it was to be delivered on 26th July and installed on 27th July. This had been arranged weeks in advance to coincide with my visit to spain. I contacted the store, San Javier on a number of occasions and was assured. I waited in all day and during the day contacted the store with no reply. The installer eventually contacted me asking if the materials had arrived. He undertook to contact the store and get back to me, he didn't. at the end of the day I had an email from the store to say there was a delay. I asked for a date for delivery / install, they couldn't give me one. Really poor, pity there aren't other options about as I do not want to use this place again
Order placed on 10th July and I also paid for express delivery. First they mentioned the delivery date as 12th July, Then 14th July and now 18th July. Wonder what is their definition of express delivery. On top of that they cancelled one of the products in my order without prior notice. Customer service either puts you on long hold and cancel the call or never call back.I guess Spain need stricter laws for companies like this, really below average customer service and they never hold on to their end of the dealwe will see if they refund my express delivery charges, if not... they are just big fat liers and thieves
I went there on Tuesday in person to order concrete blocks to be delivered today, Friday.They did not deliver them and now I see that the delivery date has been changed to 15 days ahead from today.I am not the only one. People just have to read the reviews on google map. If you can't deliver on time, tell people you can't deliver. What you do is lie to collect the money and falsify the delivery date.
Leroy Merlin I made a big mistake ordering a garden set on line from Leroy Merlin. You shipped the furniture by GLS and we are still awaiting on the delivery . You should be ashamed of yourselves . I visited Leroy Merlin in Zenia to try and get a number for the on line business but guess what they dont have any details. I have purchased quite a number of items direct from Leroy Merlin in Zenia to take away, and was always happy with the service. I will never order from you again on line. You really should be ashamed of yourself offering a third class serviceMartin Gavan on behalf of my daughter
Leroy, I bought four VidaXL sun beds from your online store over two months ago. One got to us the other lost. We've been attempting to solve this with them and you. They are missing in action and you say that you have nothing to do with it. But here is the thing, I would NEVER have purchased them if I didn't trust YOU. I didn't even know they existed before I had the problem. In comparison, every time I purchase from Amazon, I'm doing so because I trust them to be held accountable if anything goes wrong, which they do. They take care of us customers and handle the vendor, as they should. Shame on you for such poor business practice. Based on the reviews here, I'm not alone in the negative experience. And you don't seem to care.
Anyone thinking of purchasing from Leroy Merlin Espana read our experience. We purchased some terrace furniture and duly waited for delivery. GLS delivered while we was out so when we got home only three of four packages had been delivered. We contacted Leroy Merlin who stated that as we had purchased from Leroy Merlin Market place that we had to deal with the manufacturer. I explained that not only was the delivery not complete but the boxes and some of the contents were damaged. Leroy Merlin directed us to the manufacturer, Tectake Espana. They couldn't care less as there small print thousand word contract covers every eventuality and you have zero rights. As we have accepted delivery (even though we was not at home, nothing would be done).I then stated that we wanted to return the absolute rubbish, damaged product. LM and Tectake said that we would have to pay for the return costs.Many emails, zero customer care and zero customer rights by these appalling companies resulted in us taking the delivery to Madrid so that we could get our money returned.I will never buy anything from Leroy Merlin but more importantly, I will never buy from a company that uses third party suppliers.And these companies wonder why Amazon is so widely used.Well done Leroy Merlin and Tectake. The worst customer service in our 23 years living in Spain.
