If I could give zero stars I would I’m utterly appalled by the Service I’ve received I ordered a 2 in 1 garden sofa last week I was informed it would be delivery on Tuesday this week still waiting apparently the item went back to the GLS depot in Alicante I contacted leeroy Merlin who then contacted the company called tec take you sold my the sofa no information back for at least 24 hours same again Wednesday then Thursday all I get from leeroy Merlin it’s going to be delivered never no day or time I’ve even extended my flight home also I’ve asked for a refund only to be told just refuse the delivery when it arrives then I ask when will it arrive all I get is dont know I’ve even contacted by bank and asked for a charge back utter garbage service

We purchased a shed from the Torrevieja…

We purchased a shed from the Torrevieja compact,store, paid a friend to collect & help us put together the shedHowever key components missing ie the roof !So we've wasted money, our time & our friends time, taken precious time of our holiday, all to no avail. Fancy selling a product without key parts, shocking service. We will now have to waste more time waiting for key parts & to put item together. You need to make sure your products are fit for sale & purpose. Staff respond in store in relaxed way saying 'oh we will get the parts for you'. But this is not the point, parts should have been there in first place. We paid money & used time for no reason, we have useless incomplete product. Let's hope parts arrive, but will waste another day of our holidayPlease consider our points and the impact

WARNING: Do Not Use the Leroy Merlin Website.You will most certainly regret it!Should you be unlucky enough to have an issue with your delivered product, such as bearing no resemblance to the pictures on their website, you will be told to deal with their third party sellers!They mimic the Amazon Model of using third part sellers but they distance themselves totally from the sale, even though it is Leroy Merlin you pay!Their customer service is non-existant and certaintly nothing like Amazons.They continuously send you pre-written diatribes which have absolutely no meaning or common sense.I also contacted their third part seller who unbelievably sent me an email telling me that I should not mix goods from them with goods purchased directly from Leroy Merlin. So they are telling me that the tap I purchased from Merlin should not be fitted to the kitchen sink I purchased from them!!!!!!!!!!!! A maronic comment indeed.Avoid at all costs, I intend to take this company to task over the issues I've had.They should not be allowed to trade online -

Order 2 barbeques online didn't turn up…

Order 2 barbeques online didn't turn up on delivery date can't get any answers from the customer don't care department when they will turn up, they are absolutely appalling don't buy anything on their online website until their service dramatically improves.Totally different service when you go to the stores they are efficient and helpful.

Disgraceful delivery service and customer disservice

Had 3 deliveries totalling more than €2500 with delivery costs of €300 .First delivery 32 sheets of plasterboard . Arrived on time but most of the boards had some damage.Second delivery was 17 sq m of wall tiles. They were required on time as I had a tiler waiting to fit them . At 5 pm on day of delivery I received a message saying they are not coming. We call many times to say when are they coming. Can't tell you was the answer.. So we cancelled the order and were assured it was cancelled. Next day I purchased more tiles, this time from obramat ( which is much cheaper by the way). On the drive home we receive a call from the driver Leroy Merlin saying he is at our house . Brilliant I now have two sets of tiles. And he was also rude and wouldn't come to our house but 100m away. So we had to carry 300kg of tiles 100m up the road . All other drivers deliver to our house.Delivery three is 5 doors with frames total cost €1500 . Supposed to be delivered on June 20 . Receive messages saying can't deliver until 23 June. Again have to cancel the carpenter. On the 23 rd receive message at 5pm saying they are not coming. Call and are rudely told to wait and receive them when they come. Woman hangs up call on us . Doors still haven't arrived and no messages or contact to let us know where they are two days later. We explained that we are going away for six weeks on Thursday but basically just told to go away.I have spent thousands at Leroy Merlin renovating my house and finding it beyond belief how they treat their customers. It is a total shambles and the customer service staff are rude beyond belief. I still have many more thousands of euros to spend on the property but I can assure you that not 1 more sent will be spent in that poisonous shop. En español e inglés in Spanish and English.No puedo creer lo mal que gestiona Leroy Merlin los problemas en línea. Hace tres semanas, pagué un estudio para instalar una puerta nueva. Leroy finalmente me contactó para concertar una cita una semana después. El perito no llegó. Desde entonces, he intentado resolver el problema a diario. El servicio de atención al cliente de Leroy Merlin no responde a los mensajes. Acabo de recibir un correo electrónico indicando que han cancelado mi pedido y que debería reiniciar el proceso. ¡No mencionan el reembolso del estudio! Nunca más volveré a comprar en línea en Leroy Merlin. ¡DEVUÉLVANME EL DINERO! Es una empresa incompetente.I cannot believe how bad Leroy Merlin are in dealing with online issue. Three weeks ago, I paid for a survey to have a new door fitted. Leroy eventually contacted me with an appointment day and time a week later. The surveyor did not arrive. I have attempted to resolve the issue on a daily basis ever since. Leroy merlin customer services do not return messages. I have just recieved an email stating that they have cancelled my order and that I should start the process again! No mention of refunding me the survey fee.! I will never order online fromLeroy Merlin ever again. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.! the most incompetent company.

Worst experience ever

Two weeks ago, I purchased an air conditioner online with delivery and installation service. The air conditioner wasn't delivered on time, and I couldn't contact anyone from Leroy Merlin to help me figure out what was going on. I tried on WhatsApp and via the web form, but always got automatic replies. A visit to the Leroy Merlin store in Malaga didn't resolve the issue: they don't handle online orders. After the delivery finally arrived two days later than scheduled (without a prior call to check if anyone was home), I've been struggling with the installation for a week. The same problem again: it's impossible to reach anyone. I was promised several times that someone would get back to me, but it never happened. Finally, I got an appointment for installation today. And - what a surprise! - no one showed up. I'm giving up and will cancel the order and have the installation done elsewhere. Two weeks wasted due to utter unprofessionalism. I never thought something like this was possible from such a big name as Leroy Merlin.

I'm now actually convinced this company…

I'm now actually convinced this company deliberately falsevies it's delivery capabilities, we ordered a product on Thursday with a guaranteed 24 hour delivery as usual no contact from customer services until my partner emailed and asked for a delivery update they eventually came back with it will be delivered the following Tuesday... Management at Leroy Merlin need to read and act on these reviews...
