Bath was damaged under seetrough plastic foil. You could not see it without removing the plastic. Response leroy merlin in a no compassion voice. “You had to exchange it in 7 days” so they say i had to install it imediately. Here in spain the handyman doesnt come on time. I had a delay for 4 weeks. And that is all the respons i got. it is the worst customer experience i ever had. Do not buy online !!!!!
We had a 8,000 euro kitchen fitted and all seemed well until my granddaughter stuck a school picture to a cabinet door with sellotape, this was only for a very brief time (maybe 10 seconds) and when we removed it the paint lifted of the door.Clearly the door was not prepared correctly for this to have happened and I thought it would be a very straight matter of contacting them for a replacement.Not so even after sending photographs Leroy Merlin have point blank refused to replace the door stating the paint work was OK when it left the manufacturers! Having been in the trade for many years I know if you prep correctly paint will not lift.Really disappointed with them and now been told to go to the store and request the complaints book if not happy.I would never reccomend Leroy Merlin as the after sale customer service is so bad.
Went to Lorca Leroy Merlins and the staff are marvellous all went out of their way to help, unlike the Cartagena store. Especially Antonio in electrical helping us get the right pipes and fittings for the boiler to be fitted outside. I took a picture of him but don't know how to upload it. I hope Leroys let him know that I think he was brilliant.
We have a long history of disappointment with Leroy Merlin. Today´s: We ordered a fan last night because they said we could collect it today. When we looked again to check the details, the collection date was moved to next week. When I rang to check another model, that says collect in 2 hours, I was told it wasn´t actually available either. These are blatant lies on the website. Our worst experience was when they came to install a new bathroom and they put a hole in the wall and wouldn´t fix it, they also put a clear silicon around the bottom of the shower that filled with mould within a month and had to be replaced. Thankfully we have a Bricomart opened beside it now that is much, much more professional, helpful, and better priced.
The bathroom shower, shower screen, tiles etc that should have been delivered on Monday 20/1/25 still haven’t arrived (they were happy to take my €1400 in December 2024) All I get are meaningless apologies (like they really care)As I said in my previous review, if you want decent after sales service, DO NOT USE LEROY MERLIN
Waited three days for my order, it never showed up, got an email stating that my address was incorrect, when in fact it was correct, the shipping company also stated that they couldn't contact me, I gave them two phone numbers but never heard back from them! Waiting for a refund now & will never buy from them again!
Where do you start with this lot. awful customer service. we ordered a kitchen which they had designed on their computer, they gave us the drawing to put it together and the sizes were totally different to their design. we put the kitchen together using the drawing and it did not fit, so we went back to Leroy Merlin with the problem and they said because we had changed the design we had to buy other units to make it fit. So we had to pay extra for their mistake.
