I ordered 2 sunglasses and used a discount code. Received one sunglasses upon delivery. I've emailed twice to report the issue. 1st on the day of delivery to which I received an auto response that they will reply in 2-3 business days and the 2nd today with no acknowledgement. I also dm'd them on IG but knew that wouldn't be of use. Their number on the invoice is apparently not in service..
I was a customer of LeSpecs since 2019 and this is the first time dealing with this lack of customer service.

Let’s start with the terrible offers - that 20% discount for signing up to the newsletter- not happening! I contacted them and customer service takes 2/3 days to come back by email. Finally ordered (without discount) and when I saw the sunglasses I can safely say they are second hand and have definitely been used before. They are full of scratches all over the place. Don’t waste your money! This company it’s not it.
Very disappointed with the refund process.I returned the glasses quickly as they didn’t suit me. I contacted customer service several times by email, but didn’t receive any proper response about my refund for over 21 days.I had to raise a dispute through PayPal, but after providing all the information, the decision still went in the retailer’s favour. It was really frustrating. Just because you return an item doesn’t always mean you’ll automatically get a refund — so be aware.In the end, I finally got my money back through a chargeback with my bank. I decided to donate that money to stray dogs instead.
