Product Very Misrepresented

My wife ordered a mosaic owl to give to a friend for Christmas. We expected a glass mosaic structure, but instead received a very cheesy plastic light-up "ornament". It looked very different than the picture and was not at all what we expected. When we asked about returning it, they said we could ship it to CHINA (nevermind they sent it to us from a USA location), freight at our expense. Or, they would give us a 25% credit and we could keep the product. We negotiated the credit up to 35% because of the cost of freight, after discussing with them that the item was misrepresented and they should cover the freight. They were not going to do so.Short story: We will NEVER EVER EVER shop from Lily & Eden again! It was a TERRIBLE experience!

The picture did not match product

The picture did not match product. The website says Wyoming but the product was sent from China. I tried to use the easy return but my invoice number did not work. Then I Messaged support and was offered a 20 percent discount or return. The return did not include shipping. Shipping back to China cost more than the product. The same plastic molded product I received was available for 1/3 the price in a US store.

Product was not even close to what was…

Product was not even close to what was shown on their website. I was supposed to receive a hand crafted stained glass owl lamp, what I got was a poorly painted piece of plastic. Also took 17 days to get to my house from the date I ordered it. DO NOT order from this company.

Lilyandeden website has some lovely stuff i was please with my items when I eventually received them i did email the website and got a reply straight away with a tracking reference number at first i thought it was a scam but it definitely isn't i ordered my lamps on the 5th of October and they were delivered on the 23rd of October so took a few weeks to arrive they are admittedly a little smaller than i expected but nevertheless still lovely lamps i also downloaded an app called shop which keeps a check on all your purchases and this let you know of there where about every step of the way best app I've ever downloaded

I got the alien lamp

I got the alien lamp, had a small problem with it and contacted the company and was promptly answered and i was quickly sent a replacement. Great communication Delighted with my purchess! Would highly recommend!🙂

Scam Company from China! Super cheap items!

This website says it is located in Montana, but the item I ordered was sent to me from China. It is extremely cheaply made. I've seen better things come free with a Happy Meal from McDonald's. They say they offer free returns within 90 days, but when I attempted to process a return, I was routed to a website for a different company called Sage and Sill. They did not recognize the order number! It looks like these people change their name every time they get found out, which apparently is frequent, judging the fact that their return site can't keep up with their name changes. Next day they offered me a 20% refund if I want to keep it. I told them that per the information on their website, they offer free returns within 90 days, now they are back-pedaling on their policy. I told them to let me know where I can process the free return. But frankly, the item I received isn’t even worth the shipping.

Terrible product, worse customer service

I ordered the Xenomorph Alien Desk Lamp for my husband as a birthday gift. The photos make it look large, you know, like a desk lamp. The actual product is only 7" tall, and doesn't even have a real plug, just a USB connector. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I spent $50 on this piece of crap lamp. It's not even worth $10. When I asked for a refund, they asked for a video to prove the lamp doesn't work. Any reputable company would have a better and easier return policy. After reading other reviews of Lily & Allen, I realized that the chances of me getting my money back is very low and only after I pay for return shipping. They used to say they were based in Wyoming, they now say they're based in Spokane, WA, but it's actually all Chinese garbage.

I am giving them a one star review…

I am giving them a one star review because the merchandise they sent me was defective and not as advertised. The gift also took way longer than expected. I didn’t realize it was coming from China or I wouldn’t have never purchased the item. I asked for a refund, but they wanted me to send the item back to China and I would have to pay for shipping. Please don’t buy from this company. Their merchandise is awful and a return policy is awful as well.

Do not order from this website. It’s similar to Temu — they show large, high-quality product photos online but send you tiny, toy-sized versions instead. Total scam. They don’t accept return also.

It took forever to get product

It took forever to get product. Total scam! $40. For a $5. Lamp looks nothing like picture was false advertisement. Wouldn't recommend.
