The product description was very misleading - the item I ordered was make of cheap plastic which it did not say anywhere on the website. Returning to China would have cost the same amount as the original price. They offered a 35% goodwill refund to keep it, but I still feel I was scammed. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Just like many others here, duped by their online Wyoming address, 100% guaranteed satisfaction and return policy. Crappy octopus charcuterie board arrived, nothing like the photographs, horrible wood stain, and much smaller than advertised. My attempts to return it were met with a 30% credit, or ship to China for 100%, which will cost more than what I spent. This is cheap China crap and I wish I had checked here before I bought anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITEI spent $80 on what looked to be high quality items. What I got instead was cheap knockoffs that were selling for $12 on Temu. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted me to pay to get the items shipped back to China, even though I received the items from California. Had to get the charges disputed through my bank in order to get my money back. The website looks nice, but don't be fooled. This is cheap garbage sold for waaaay more than it's worth
The company claims to be located in the United States but sends all of their items directly from China, taking over a month to ship and receive. Do NOT purchase from these scammers! They are simply a middle man that overcharge for the items and ship from China. NO STOCK!!!
I ordered the octopus charcuterie board. It took four weeks to be delivered, then when I opened the box I saw the board was nothing like the product pictured on the website.The octopus board on the website has detailed suckers on the legs, a nice polished finish and is large enough to hold a wide variety of foods.The product received was completely lacking in carved detail, the lacquer finish was covered in broken bubbles and does not cover the entire top side of the plate, and the plate is absolutely tiny so doesn't even have space for crackers.DO NOT BUY!
I ordered a lamp from Lily and Eden and it arrived broken into three pieces. I contacted them and "Katrina" responded and asked for photographs, which I provided. She then wrote that they would send me a replacement, which they never did. When I wrote several times to inquire about the replacement or a refund I was met with silence. In my opinion, these people are disreputable and one should not do business with such businesses.
I bought the entwined heart & cross accent for my cousin that's getting married and I'm truly happy with it. It is exactly like the pictures and worth every cent. It's the perfect size for display and seems very sturdy. I'm sure both my cousin and her husband will absolutely love it. Heck I'm thinking about getting one for my house!
