My order was extremely delayed with a lack of correct shipping or tracking information. I purchased golden pineapples for an event, so there was a deadline. Surprisingly, they did arrive today out of the blue, and the event is tomorrow. But in a panic, I have already bought them AGAIN from someone else, so I now have to return them to the other company. No returns here. The stuff comes direct from China. No customer service line and the email response is definitely not human. I will not buy from them again. They are offering $10 to write a review. Which I don't want.
Horrible business, selling horrible products and lying about shipping costs. They charged me $100 for three Alien figures in the lotus position. The package came from China and it was trampled and shredded. The figures were tiny, cheap and nowhere close to being worth $30 each. When I tried to return it they made me pay to ship it to China! What the hell???
This company is a scam. The owl lamp in picture is not the same as was sent. It states stain glass & resin, received molded one piece plastic that might be worth $2, but I paid $39 plus shipping.
What they advertise is not necessarily what you get. Ordered the Xenomorph decanter from their website which is black with colour highlights just like in the movie. What arrived is just plain clear glass. Blatant false and misleading information
This company drop ships Temu items from China. $25 on Temu for the exact item this company charges $95 for. I tried to return it when I saw it was being shipped from China. They tell you that you have to cover shipping charges for the return. This is a scam site, stay away.
