It’s been more than 5 weeks and I still haven't received my order! They claimed there was an issue with my address, but the address they provided in the email is indeed correct! This feels like a scam—avoid ordering from this service! I've asked for a refund; let’s see if they honor that!
This tool creates curls just as advertised. It's easy to use, lightweight, and much simpler than using a separate hairdryer and styling brush. I've only had it for a few days and have used it with the round brush and curl attachment so far, but the curls are stunning and quick to achieve. My only concern is that the nylon brushes create some static, and the heat setting is quite high even at the lowest level, without a cool setting to help set the curls. Overall, at £40, it’s worth every penny and a fraction of the cost of another brand I considered. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend it. I'm still waiting for my hair straighteners to arrive, so I can't comment on those yet, but the hairdryer came quickly.

If you're buying it as a gift, don't be misled into thinking it will arrive quickly. I’m now on day 15 with no delivery, and the recipient has already celebrated their birthday. I could only apologize and explain the delay. The follow-up email offering a discount on future purchases felt like an additional insult.

This is an excellent product that includes easy-to-understand instructions. It performs just as well as its competitors in the market. The curling attachments can get quite hot, but simply moving them from side to side yields great results.
