Still waiting for my prouduct or a refund. They have advised me that I will need to pay an additional £20 and they will send me a replacement, after I’ve already paid and not received my order. They use a bad courier company and their customer service is a disgrace. I personally will never use this company again, can’t even comment on the product as I have received it and they just ignore my emails and will not provide me with a refund or a replacement. Company is a joke. Be aware. Got by some of the reviews the item is a load a crap anyway. One very very unhappy customer.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Shiny and smooth hair 😀

Relatively fast shipping considering of came from outside the UK. Used the straightening brush to dry my daughter's very thick hair and it left it looking shiny and smooth. Looking forward to trying it on my own curly hair.

Damaged product

Delay on products arriving ordered storage box for lilistyler, it arrived 1st totally wrecked all squashed and out of shape cant shut lid, emailed but not heard anything back, styler arrived today hope we have better luck with that at least it works. Would not buy again totallydissapointed.

Disgusting behaviour

I ordered the 5 in 1 multi styler. I have not received it yet despite being advised delivery is 5 to 7 days. We are on day 9 and no updates. Alarmingly is that they have had the cheek to charge me £3.95 for VIP club, which I never wanted or requested. On the invoice they’ve have given free VIP Club but fail to tell you that they charge you a week later without my consent. AVOID THIS COMPANY as they take money without approval. I am in touch with my bank to stop this from occurring every month. How many other poor people have they done this to! Appalling

Light and Easy

Was worried I might not be able to manage it, but I honestly found it very easy. It is also quite light and being an older person my arms were not sore after using it. The air wrap I mastered after a few tries. Great. !
