This product is utterly subpar. I regret falling for the marketing tactics. The quality is shockingly low, and it ranks among the worst I've encountered. Customer service is terrible. They advertised a money-back guarantee, but it appears to be non-existent. This is a poorly made item from overseas. Save your money and steer clear.
I was sceptical about my purchase. When it arrived the internal packaging was dented and looked like it had been previously returned. However, I tried it out and although the quality isn’t like the top end brand( no surprise ) I was pleasantly surprised. It does exactly what I need and is easy to use . I’d recommend, especially if your on a tighter budget or you really don’t want to spend £££s .
Delay on products arriving ordered storage box for lilistyler, it arrived 1st totally wrecked all squashed and out of shape cant shut lid, emailed but not heard anything back, styler arrived today hope we have better luck with that at least it works. Would not buy again totallydissapointed.
I ordered my styler on 4th Nov. It is now 29th Nov and still no sign of it. I checked the shipping status and it says delivered on 18th Nov. It was not delivered. I have emailed several times with no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is appalling and I'm nearly £50 down and no styler for my daughters xmas
Still waiting for my prouduct or a refund. They have advised me that I will need to pay an additional £20 and they will send me a replacement, after I’ve already paid and not received my order. They use a bad courier company and their customer service is a disgrace. I personally will never use this company again, can’t even comment on the product as I have received it and they just ignore my emails and will not provide me with a refund or a replacement. Company is a joke. Be aware. Got by some of the reviews the item is a load a crap anyway. One very very unhappy customer.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
