I have been using the Little Hotelier app for a year now, and it's been a great experience. One thing that really stand out is how responsive their support team is. Any time we've run into some issues or felt confused while using the app, help was just a message away. Their customer service is top-notch. Not just talking with a bot or waiting endlessly for help. Real human agents are available and genuinely helpful in guiding us through any concerns. Ron is a dedicated person who knows what the customer wants and he does more than what we expect. Beautifully done. I am convinced and happy Ron assisted me. I am not sure about others and I have met few but Ron did a great job.
Ronan was quick to see faults in the pre-existing settings that I have inside Little Hotelier. That was very helpful, because as with many small business owners, we need to be capable of multi-tasking, so naturally the business manager will at times have plain and simply made an honest mistake in doing something where he/she has limited knowledge and understanding of what's required to get the actual task done satisfactorily. It's too early for me to be satisfied that I have resolved a major worry that I currently have with how Little Hotelier is actually functioning for me as part of my management of my own little small business.
