Review Time
Cancelled after 3 days as realised the support that was promised was not forthcoming and we had a number of issues that needed resolving plus the system was over booking us. We would have tried to continue but there was nobody from Little Hotelier to assist with what could have been teething problems. The supposed free trial month has also been ignored and we have had to pay for the entire year. Tried to get a reasonable resolution but to no avail.
Lost multiple customers due to double bookings. And we where only running through one platform- Booking.com.After many attempts to get the issue rectified we either couldn't get hold of anyone or they would call us but not actually do anything!Terrible customer service and took our money without delivering what they promised!And they got us confused with another accommodation! Even after being told three times they still couldn't get it right! Bloody useless!And because we have had enough and will be going elsewhere they are charging us another $750 for leaving! Crooks! Thieves and liars! So after a final annoying conversation with a young man who "Would love to solve my problems but couldn't because it wasn't his department!" they graciously waived the leaving fee.And surprise surprise within one week of disconnecting from them and using the calendar function for booking.com and overlapping it with stayz we now have no more double bookings!And we have been booked out!Not only did Little Hotelier waste our time and cause us undue stress of having to cancel peoples bookings (Last one was the day before they were due to arrive for Easter weekend! I was so angry for the poor soul who had there holiday ruined!)but it seems they also cost us a lot of bookings (money) through their inability to provide the service they promised.For anyone who is still reading this and is willing to manage the bookings themselves, there is a way to share the calendars between the major booking platforms that automatically stops the other site from double booking and its free! Just google "how to sync booking.com calendar with airbnb" for example and it will step you through exporting and importing calendar ical links between the prospective booking platforms.Be warned though that there can be a lag between the sites calendars synchronizing so double bookings are potentially possible if two people book at the same time...
