A powerful tool with many features, which unfortunately makes it a bit complicated at times. There is a lot of help available and the customer service (via chat) is excellent and very responsive. Some features could be improved, for example more flexibility in personalization, especially the guest engagement system should be improved. All in all, a good tool with good service that I can recommend.
