There are a few teething problems with the site. The assistance I have had is very good, and the limitations of the calendar, and usability often are not up to the level we want. We have properties in different areas, and therefore have to have two accounts, and worse than that we have two calendars. For approval of sign in we often have to juggle between two of the apps for the sign in. It is cumbersome. The assistance we have had is excellent, and they work within the limitations of the site.
In our short experience with LH we have found d their support team really good: very pleasant staff, they listen and try hard to understand what the issue is so that they act upon it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The only reason while we’ve given a 4 instead of a 5 it is because we were told the issue was initially resolved to realise later on that it wasn’t. Our calendar was inaccurate all over the weekend when this is our busiest time for group bookings. Having said this, we are highly satisfied with the support service up to date.
