Terrible service

Terrible service, they are not helpful, doctors don’t bother responding to messages despite their own mistakes with writing a prescription improperly. Pharmacist at local pharmacy was shocked by how the doctor improperly wrote a prescription. I was seen over two weeks ago on telehealth and still haven’t gotten the prescription issue handled. I called and get hung up on. All around waste of time and money. They don’t care to help patients they just want your money and won’t bother to resolve any issues on the doctors behalf.

My experience today was HORRIBLE!!!!!

My experience today was HORRIBLE! While I received the appointment quickly, the doctor (Jason Johnson) took the call from his bed as I could see the headboard in the background. Additionally, his speech was slurred as if he was drunk or had a stroke. Something was OFF! I paid $59 for this service and I have yet to receive the prescription. My appt was at 9 a.m. and it is now after 3 p.m. and it still has not been called in to the pharmacy. I've called to follow-up 3 times and they are having an issue with the doctor's prescription. I feel horrible and I could have gone into a real doctor or seen someone else with results. Glad I am not dying!! Horrible service....

Awful

Awful. They cancel appointments, without any warning or reason. Alwyas claiming “video or audio didn’t connect” really ? How about you actually try to call the phone number on file or send an email at the least stating and proving your attempts and reasons to cancel. We pay for healthcare and need healthcare. This platform is awful.

YOWZA

YOWZA. This has been a terrible experience for me. My last 2 employers were self insured, with their own clinics so I do not have an independent Dr. I need one, but in the meantime I just need a prescription. I have tried 3x to get a telemedicine appt and now 1x to get a video appt. 10 mins turns to 30 turns to hours and days. No one calls. The video claims they are ready but no one is there. I will say LiveHealth cust service is top notch. The people who answer when I have to repeatedly call and complain are very nice but they have no control over the doctors. This is sloppy - very, very sloppy. In the last 2 weeks I have literally spent no less than 10 hours of my life to get a prescription I've been on for years. I just FINALLY spoke to a doctor. The entire call, including me looking up my pharmacy info, was 4 minutes and 20 seconds. There is NO reason it should've been so difficult. Tomorrow I will spend some time getting a primary physician so I am never in this position again of having to use this "service"

Doctor No Show

I made an appointment, reorganized my schedule, and sat in the portal for 40 minutes before getting a message that the provider couldn’t see me. Will they pay me a $40 cancellation fee?

No consistency

No consistency. Saw 2 providers, 2 days in a row for a skin infection. 1st provider prescribed a topical medication. Saw the 2nd provider to request oral antibiotics, bc the infection seems to be worse, which she told me she couldn't justify until I tried the topical. When I had a very similar skin infection 6 mths ago, I was only given oral antibiotics and they worked almost immediately. I was then referred to my pcp, which totally defeats the purpose of using live health online at all.

I have had three therapists cancel in…

I have had three therapists cancel on me. The first canceled less than 24 hours before the visit then the second one canceled after I waited in the virtual waiting room for 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. The third one had some one come on to say she was running late and did I have any questions? The person then immediately left before I could respond. Then the provider canceled my appointment 10 minutes after it was supposed to start. This is absurd. It happened again for a fourth time and YES I did reach out to them and was told it was “passed on” and that they would get back to me. Guess what……. THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME.

Christina M George treated me so rudely…

Christina M George treated me so rudely that it has provoked mental anguish and my quality of life to go down over this last month. From the start her camera was off and was showing her impatience’s by cutting my sentences off short. Then told me they don’t offer referrals after I had called and got a confirmation from someone on their help line I could. Lady made me cry from the attitude she was throwing despite telling her I was suffering. From anxiety and depression and that she shouldn’t speak to people that way because you don't know of someone is suffering or not.She inevitably hung up on me when I declined further service from her taising her voice, trying to talk over me again. She clearly lied on my exam notes saying I was upset they wouldn’t offer me service knowing if see them. I was so upset about being ridiculed about not knowing the difference between a referral and an order despite NUEMEROUS previous doctors stating the same and being told only 30 minutes ago I could request both a referral and order by the Live Health Online questions line. After my meeting with her, I immediately called the Live help online phone center still very upset. They said they’d call be back with “a level two customer service rep” and that was over a month ago. Michelle shouldn’t be a doctor since a wolverine has more consideration for others and Rachel who took my complaint request was ultimately a complete let down. Not to mention the first caller who claimed I could get a referral in the first place. This service feels like a complete scam to take an easy $60 to tell you they sky is blue. I get this service through Blue Cross and they make it incredibly hard to see any doctor and this is supposed to be my convenient way to get help. But Ive decided to ignore my worsening physical issues just to avoid spending any more money on Blue Cross until I can change insurance companies. It’s better than another quack doctor. Edit on June 25th: I wanted to add, that after that experience immediately I called Live Health Online and asked to make a complaint.I got a ticket number and everything. They never called, emailed or even attempted to communicate with me at all about my complaint after following the necessary channels. I wanted to add that after seeing the pathetic apology comment they left in this review. How about actually responding to comapint tickets instead of telling me to email you guys again. That’s the kind of redundant treatment to expect from Anthem. Anthem and Live Health online are truly two horrible companies and have negatively impacted my quality of life and have caused me GREAT distress. They have opened my eyes to how horrible our healthcare system treats us. $300 charged for an office that told me they took my insurance to poke my knee and to tell me the obvious. And $10 appointment with the quack Christina, just to be ridiculed. That’s what to expect from Anthem and Live Health Online.

I thought this would be a good…

I thought this would be a good solution, but it really isn't. There's no way to contact my doctor through this app. My doctor just simply... doesn't accept messages. I can't reply to his messages, I can't message him. I've been having problems with my medication for a month and my next appointment was scheduled for the end of next month, despite being suicidal and having a lot of issues. But there's literally nothing I can do, because there's no way to contact him about it. Then I get a message that my appointment was just cancelled with him. No reason. No reschedule. Just cancelled. They really couldn't give any f--ks about you.

I am in severe pain with an abscess on my finger. The doctor spent less than a minute with me but still charge me $60 for telling me to go to the ER I asked for a pain relief medication cause I know I might not be able to go to the ER and he said he does not describe oral medications what the heck? I am in such tremendous pain no I couldn’t go to the ER because I don’t have enough co-pay. I will get a refund am I not? Because it says they’re in the statement that he prescribe me something that we have discussed really!
