12/20/2025 - NP Cordilia Njoku was rude and did not even care to hear me out. I have chronic sinusitis since a child, 46 years old now. 3 past sinus surgeries. Presently 2 weeks of sinus symptoms. My 15 year old had 6 different doctors appointments M-TH of that week and then a major surgery Friday with 2 days in the hospital, discharged Sunday. I work full time at a school with Autistic K-2 students. Like in the past I thought that LiveHealth would help me. I was wrong. She told me it was not an urgent care problem. That I had to see my PCP for blood work to get antibiotics. I told her I had an ENT appointment in a week for them to scope my sinuses. I also told her I had a full lab panel drawn a week ago by my Endocrinologist and all my labs were normal including kidney and liver (I am a Medical Laboratory Tech-I worked in a hospital laboratory (10 years) until I had my 15 year old and I also ran all in house test and drew blood on patients at a large PCP office for 2 years) BUT NO HELP from a very rude lady that would not even let me talk. SO I guess LiveHEALTH is not for URGENT CARE. You should not advertise that you are an URGENT CARE facility if your doctors are going to tell you to go to their PCP on a Saturday while your child is admitted into the hospital, when the provider diagnosis is a sinus infection.
Diagnosis acute fever Upper respiratory infection: but got to urgent care to get further treated when our primary is closed for the holiday for 4 days do I wanna take my child to ER to be exposed more No!! We have no urgent care around in our area that's why I did online no antibiotics no nothing. Just go to a urgent care when clearly they gave antibiotics what the Dr could of did online ... waste of time
The rudest, incompetent, uncaring, non-listening, uncommunicative, and blatantly disrespectful providers. Also, sometimes I am not speedy getting into appointment (we are talking 1 minute/60 SECONDS), and they will cancel the appointment if it is taking me more than 45seconds to get into appointment(I have to do appointments on my laptop, but they text the link to my phone… this is why it takes me up to a minute). They should NOT be practicing, this service needs to be canceled and will be reporting them AGAIN to our insurance and my husband’s employeer.
What a waste of time and money! This is a racket to host online virtual appointments with doctors or nurse practitioners who do not help their patients or concerns. I would have been better off setting fire to the money for the visit than to expect this company to have caring staff who do the right thing.
The doctor wouldn't listen to my problem and only argued with me. I had been bit by a brown recluse 3 other times but since I didn't actually see it (who does) he was more worried about proving me wrong! These guys suck! Their a free service with my insurance but I'll never use them again!
Review for therapy: after receiving word that the therapist I'd used for several months was leaving, I found another one who sounded promising. First appointment went great. She wanted to see me back in 1.5 weeks. The day of the appointment, I received no reminders per usual so I emailed the therapist. She said she had to cancel and was sorry LiveHealth hadn't notified me. I never heard back from her about rescheduling so I emailed again about a week later (she preferred to schedule via email which is why I hadn't called). I did not get a response. Emailed again 2 weeks later and she said she would no longer be available due to a family emergency. I get that, but LiveHealth should have notified me so I could have found someone else to see. This could be detrimental to someone in a mental health crisis. Also want to mention that the selection of therapists is slim pickings and seems like you see the same few folks who always have a lot of openings, which is a red flag to me. It seems the best therapists are hard to come by and once they get enough clients, they stop posting their schedules and only schedule privately/through email to the people they currently see. Very frustrating.
The Doctor kept saying wrong information. I went to them for Epilepsy medication, and the Doctor refused to give me a full month's prescription. He just kept telling me to go to an Urgent Care, and then he started lying about the max amount of the medication you can take per day. Either he was incompetent, or a liar. I'm not sure which. DON'T COME HERE. Go literally anywhere else. There are other sites online that won't scam you out of your money.
I had to call technical support because of connectivity issues. My rep was amazing and calmed me down. I unfortunately missed her name and the call dropped before I could take the survey leave her 5 star review. she was phenomenal and so kind even with me panicking.
