They cancelled my psychiatry appointment on the day it was scheduled for. “Sorry for the inconvenience, but there was an error in scheduling that led you to be booked at the same time as another patient. DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE"

DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE". They are not doing what they claim to be doing. The DR was laying down on his couch, in a Tshirt. Completely unprofessional. Didn't address my concerns, wrote false statements on the visit notes. I spent 4 mins to be prescribed an OTC medicine. It makes no sense. Complete waste of money. They denied my refund. I started a dispute with my credit card company. SAVE yourself time and money.

Love using this application

Love using this application. The doctors are great! It's much easier to see a doctor this way when you aren't feeling good. Less likely to spread the germs as well. I have already told my friends and family about it.

Convenient and Fast

They were not able to resolve my issue over the phone, but at least confirmed that I did not need to take my daughter to an ER or Urgent care for immediate attention. Being able to call and speak with a doctor helped me avoid driving an hour round-trip to visit the closest Urgent Care.
