That was my first time using LiveHealth what a great experience, you don’t have to leave the privacy of your own home! My husband was able to pick up my script so I didn’t have to go out. I would highly recommend LiveHealth to anyone. I usually get sick when I’m on vacation and LiveHealth will can in handy when that happens.
The ability to do everything from the comfort of your home on your own time has been amazing. The interactions I’ve had with everyone has been amazing! I’ve used other online health care apps before and LiveHealth definitely is the most thorough which I appreciate. The only thing they can improve on is technology. When I first joined there were a couple times I couldn’t get connected or my computer wasn’t compatible but no issues lately.
My visit with my nutritionist is easy and full of helpful information. Colleen D. is very intelligent and encouraging. She not only informs me of good practices, but supports me along the way. I've learned quite a bit about nutrition, exercise, and better living in general and feel I can independently pursue healthier living and, yet, can grab an appointment whenever needed. I highly recommend LiveHealth Online to anyone wanting a healthy and beneficial online experience (& an appt. with Colleen would be a good place to start.)
Great Experience! This was the first time I used LiveHealth. Only took a few minutes to register and the doctor understood immediately what my situation was and the normal course of treatment. I will use this again as it definitely saved me both time and money!
LiveHealth Online is a convenient way to speak with a doctor without getting out of bed, which worked very well for me. I had gone to my local urgent-care center a few days previously for a cough, where they prescribed me some cough medicine. However, when I started running a fever, I was able to use this service and speak to a doctor, who was able to help me without having to get dressed, go out in the cold, go back to the doctor and wait in an office full of other sick people while I didn't feel well. The doctor was able to look into my throat using the camera on my phone and even check my pulse by telling me what to do. She did not prescribe me any medications because of what I was already taking, but gave me great advise and even an easy recipe for home-made chicken soup! I will definitely use this service again in the future.
