Review Time
Every doctor I have spoken to via video call has been excellent. In many many ways they have been more helpful than doctors from my own practice who can see me in person. It’s so difficult trying to diagnose a skin condition in person, but the Livi doctors I spoke to managed to help me via a video link.
Needed to speak to a GP to seek advice following a hospital visit. Lovely GP - very attentive, helpful and gave good advice. Had to quickly review quite a bit of information in addition. 5/5 for the human element. Additionally I managed to book an appointment for just over an hour away, which was unexpected. Ended up having to wait longer a bit longer for GP to be free.Only 4/5 stars as appointment delayed by approx 1 hr due to technical difficulties and GP didn't have full access to my records as based in a different region. So technology could do with a bit of improvement but overall as an alternative to trying to get in person GP appointment, which wasn't necessarily needed in this case, a great option.
After failing to get an appointment time on my first attempt I tried very early in the morning and was given a next day call. Doctor was helpful and responsive, gave me a prescription and good advice. We have used Livi on several occasions and have found it to be very helpful.
