Livi could have saved my life! Couldn't get a doctors appointment, had a livi, held phone camera literally to my throat, doctor told me to get straight to hospital! I did 4 hours later had a small op to remove an abscess from my throat. Luckily they caught it before it spread and removed it all.
On the 12th November i got a message saying the appointment was delayed and would not happen at 8.40. 30 minutes later while in the toilet they called, which I obviously missed!!! I then got a text saying since I did not pick up I had to book again. That is a fu***** total pile of shit
Made appointment through employee benefit scheme. Could not get one same day nor next day but booked for Sunday 10am for my son who has a rugby injury for which we need a GP to prescribe phsyio privately. We were all ready at 09:50. It’s now 15:11 and we’ve heard nothing. No apology no rescheduling note just nothing. The apps till says the clinician will call us soon. We won’t hold our breath. No email or phone number or even a chat bot to ask what’s happening. Useless. Should have booked nhs GP as now we face yet more delay. Made a new appt - again only highly inconvenient slots available all week - and let’s see if anyone turns up. Shambles.
