I imported a vehicle , contact person was very friendly and helpful in getting information and forms filled out, I gave my time and date of border crossing as request . When I crossed U S customs never heard of me nothing was sent to them had to do work myself. At Canada customs the file was not completed , had to call broker waited I hr for her to complete the documents . When they were completed, Customs told me there was a mistake . Had to inform broker of this myself . It took four hrs to fix this , at nine thirty on Friday night I was able to clear and travel on .
