Review Time
When we first started with Livingston, they were clearing our shipments on time before our driver would leave to get to the border. Since the new year, it has been taking 4 to 5 hours to clear our shipments to cross to the USA. The imports are a little better. We are used to having a contact person who manages our account, now we have to go through a call centre and all they say is they will put in in an expedited queue and then I have to call again and again that the shipment is still not cleared. Maybe assigning a few people to our account would help. This way they are familiar with our shipments.
We have been using Livingston for at least 20 years or more.They are very accommodating to our needs and very understanding whenever we have problems. Could never ask for a better service that takes care of our shipping needs. Thumbs Up!!!!!!We at Teff-Line Limited are very happy with their over all service.

The service has gone down significantly. Our branches in Quebec and New Brunswick are always delayed in getting goods because Livingston 385315 account orders are not set up on time.As for our Ontario shipments some PARS do not get set up for up to 12 hours even though we are being proactive and providing customs documents to a dedicated Battlefield documents e-mail. Drivers are spending excessive time at the border because the PARS are not set up in a timely manner.As for getting any feedback from Nancy Capone, I send concern e-mails only to have it fall on deaf ears. Obviously my opinion doesn't matterWe had a driver sit at the border for 20 hours over the Christmas Holidays because of communication breakdown and were forced to pay $350 waiting fee, now I understand it's the holidays but since then we continue to have hang ups at the border with shipments and delay in PARS set up. So what is being done about it???One positive is the excellent work from Andrew Girdharry. He is always on the ball and always willing to go the extra step to resolve any issues and he should be given a raise for the excellent work he has done with the Battlefield account.
