Hi! I have had a Lofra cooker delivered directly from Lofra on 10th June 2024 - This cooker was delivered with scratches and the middle burner is not working. I was advised by Lofra to still accept the delivery and they would send engineers to replace the top where there are scratches and to fix the middle burner - I have chased them and the repair company several times by e-mail and by telephone and over 6 weeks after I still have a broken cooker with scratches - I have never seen such a bad service - for a cooker over £ 2000 this is unacceptable service - I do regret deciding to buy a Lofra cooker.update on 20.08 - An engineer finally came on Thursday - He could change the top for a new one with no scratch - He could see that the middle burner is not working but could not find a fault - He requested new accessories for the middle burner to be sent - I have received them today and swapped them but the burner is still not working!!!!! This is just an awful experience -Update 28.10 - it took another two months to have another visit from an engineer who could not fix the issue either and who told me that swapping the cooker would actually not fix the issue! For me this is an admission that there is a manufacturing or a design fault on all Lofra cookers at least of that model! The engineer also told me that he had seen the fault on other cookers but Latasha and Hannah in the office said that they were not aware and are investigating . So I was delivered a cooker with a manufacturing or design fault and there is no resolution nearly 6 months after delivery and no timing given for any resolution . I am now taking legal advice . The quality and the service are absolutely shocking !
I am in LOVE with my Lofra Cooker, I have recently remodeled my kitchen and was most excited for my cooker to arrive, I was not disappointed! Stunning colour, arrived on time with no hassle. Thanks to Latasha and Hannah everything went smoothly even though I had to change the date of delivery and installation twice! Due to builders timeline, they were very understanding and had brilliant customer service. Thanks to Danny for the installation. I have enjoyed cooking big dinners for a big family, with my new Lofra Its fast and efficient and it steals the show in my new kitchen.

The temperature control on the oven is less accurate than I expected. It is usually 20 to 25 degrees C below the number on the dial. The exception is on top and bottom heat plus fan, when it is around 10 degrees lower than the number on the dial. I have kept the thermometer in the middle to upper part of the oven. Otherwise good. Induction hob is excellent.
Ordered fridge and oven. Delayed by 11 weeks, fridge came damaged and is a Samsung fridge (£1200) being sold for £3999. Wrong fridge Sent and damaged our floor during delivery. We have asked for compensation for delays, damage floor, electrician to change to a UK plug, and the fact that they are selling a £1200 for over triple the price and they won't give us our money.
I absolutely love the Range Top, does everything I want, and looks fantastic. Clearly well built with the best components. The buying experience was not so great. Ordered it and paid, waited a couple of days then called, no answer and voicemail full. Emailed, no reply, and tried the online chat, no response. Waited a day then got a bit concerned so dug into the company and found they were part of a builders merchant. Called them and asked to be put through to the cooker department. Again, I left a voicemail. Waited another couple of days and tried again, this time having a bit of a winge. Managed to speak to the cooker lady who had received all my messages, emails and calls and knew my order, phew. Asked for an eta and if the cooker came with LPG jets. She said she had one in stock but was unsure if it had LPG jets, so she would check with her gas expert who was back the next day (sounded like ex display). Worst case she would order one, and it would be there in a couple of weeks. Waited another few days and didn't hear back. Eventually I got a message saying it was dispatched had to move the delivery so I could be home. Delivery guys were great. I thought the igniter was bent on the wok burner so tried to call but again no answer. Nearly sent it back but signed as damaged. Did some research and found the igniter should be at an angle. Eventually got a call back the next day but was busy so missed it. Found one of the LPG jets was the wrong size but ordered one online as couldn't handle trying to deal with Carvers again to get it rectified. Great cooker, bad customer service. I hope it never goes wrong!
