Communication from the company was good, Delivery was earlier than originally expected, The delivery guys were polite, courteous & helpfull, Overall an excellent experience from ordering to deliver, I'm a verry happy customer thank you 😊
First cooker arrived costing £4,099 and was damaged, stains and scratches all over.After investigation we found out it’s been in storage and wasn’t even covered by warranty in Italy anymore but Lofra UK had to uphold.They tried to replace parts and said that’s part of the warranty but I refused and said I want the whole cooker replaced.After around 4-5 weeks of hell we finally got our new cooker (also had to store their old one while waiting for new one to arrive and wasn’t allowed to use it). So had a 8 week kitchen renovation and had to hold off cooking for a further 5 weeks due to issues with the cooker.Few small scratches on the new one but just kept it as couldn’t be bothered with the headache swapping parts!For 4k cooler I would expect better.We also bought the matching cooler hood £1,449 and the sign was wonky but apparently that’s because they’re hand made and it passed quality control, not happy but again we can’t be bothered with the headache fighting for a replacement also there is no guarantee the another one wouldn’t be the same or worse.Would add photos if there was an option but no option on here
After I complained about having to call an engineer out 5 times in 6 months on a cooker and hood that cost nearly £4k. I was sent a pan set as a good will gesture, when they arrived all the handles were loose and one handle had even broken off, I emailed Lofra about this and they have ignored me!!
