Great Service and Product

Latasha helped us with good information and resources to help us in selecting the right product, helped us through the buying process, and managed our expectations of when the product would arrive. She also provided product installation guides upon request.The product arrived approximately 4 weeks later, well within our expectations, and with the information provided, was installed by a qualified fitter.After just a few days, we have been very pleased with the operation and performance of the cooker.

Not worth the money

We have had our Lofra cooker for 5 years. It is a dual fuel - gas top, electric oven. Two of my burners now don't work, and now the clock/timer has stopped working. I have tried several times to get it fixed but can't find anyone and the sales guys in Wolverhampton are worse than useless
