Really good functional oven, delivery/instalation team was great. only that that they did not give me any info on how to disconect the oven should i needto pull the oven out for decorating or cleaning the kitchen.Highley recomend these guys as the oven build quality for what you paying for is great, previeous oven was a rangmaster pro + 60cm induction cooker. temp of thay oven was off by 30 to 40 °c when using convection setting and the induction hob needed repair every 4 month (only had it for 3 years)...This oven which is a 60cm duel fuel gas top and electric oven performs period, gets up to temp thats you set to and stays there with only somtimes 5°c differ at times which is great for any oven both comercial or home. been using this oven since december of 2024 and haven't looked back. Gas hobs are great for a 60cm cooker and get the job done. If you want a range cooker that dosen't have loads of smart tech and touch screens ie: lots of thing on you cooker that will break down and cuase more problems than solve then this is a great company to go with.only critisism is just more clarified information on de and re installing your oven should you want to decorate or clean behind and how to claim on your 2 year warrenty should somthing happen, do i just call them and say or is there a barcode sticker with info that i need ect...? beyond that these guys are great.remember the more stuff thats on you oven like touch screens and smart tech the more suff there is to go wrong with it.
Such a seamless experience from beginning to end. Latasha, Hannah and Danny are all a credit to Lofra.The cooker itself has been faultless and I love using it everyday! The cooker hood is also great and both look amazing in my kitchen! You get such an expensive and luxurious look for a very reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone.
Very happy with our electric Lofra range cooker, Latasha and Hannah were really helpful throughout our purchase answering any queries we had and updating us on our delivery progress. Great service from Dan also when being fitted.The cooker itself is brilliant, loving all the different options available
The cooker is great - 3 months of use and no problems.What really sucked was the installation. The guys didn’t finish the job as they claimed it wouldn’t fit in the space. They also left plastic coating in place.So I had to pay for a second fitting service who put the cooker in the space without any hassle. Really cross.
Lofra cooker oven had been faulty since we first bought it. The oven had a faulty door hinge, smell of gas when used, and the fire going out on multiple occasions. They sent 3 engineers on multiple visits, which the engineers acknowledged the obvious fault at the time of visit, and one even mentioned that the cooker most likely need to be replaced as they couldn't find the cause of the problem. After not hearing back for some time, they turn up and changed the thermocouple, and signed off the oven as no fault. The oven remained faulty with no improvement and I notified Lofra and the gas engineers. However, contrary to what atleast two of the engineers had previously said and hence the reason for multiple visits from 3 engineers, they said none of the engineers had found any faults. Once they realised they couldn't find/fix the problem and hence one of the engineers suggested the oven needs to be replaced entirely, Lofra and the engineers has since refused to acknowledge any faults they had found. I even contacted one of the engineers on behalf of my dad and he denied being a gas engineer, not remembering we have history of text messages on my dad's phone!! We haven't confronted them since Lofra clearly does not intend to take responsibility for a fault product! If only we had recorded the visits we had from the engineers.
I wish I had red these reviews before I spent so much money, nearly £7,000 on an absolute rubbish cooker. Im convinced I was sold a faulty product. Latasha has tried to be as helpful as she can but I’m still stuck with a cooker that I have zero confidence in. Not acceptable after spending so much money.
