Very happy with the service, range has been delivered but not fitted yet, appears to be a very solid unit. Mine being an odd size fully expected a longer lead time. Only thing I would say, some notification of who will be emailing to arrange delivery would help as with all the spam emails I was looking for out for Lofra but the email mail came with a header of Booking.
Lovely cooker easy to use and clean. Deliver ed on time, the delivery was great in packed and checked to make sure it was in good condition and all parts were with it. The oven is large and quick to heat up. Everything came with the cooker as we are on Calor ges it came with the correct injectors to convert from natural gas. All in all a fantastic cooker.
Please find enclosed pictures and video regarding the issues discussed with your representative this morning. When the cooker was installed the installers noticed that the fan in the top right oven was very noisy. An engineer was sent to fix it but it needed to be replaced. When the engineer returned to replace the fan he also found a fault with one of the switches. One was ordered and when he came back to fit it he found it to be the wrong part. A new part was ordered and fitted, this did not fix the issue. He said he would report this back to Lofra (this was last Friday the 19th September). The fan that had been replaced is now making more noise than the first faulty one, as demonstrated in the attached video.In the meantime we have noticed that when we use the grill on the small top oven the switches above the grill get extremely hot - so much so that you cannot touch them! Surely this is a design fault as we should be able to use the grill and operate the hob at the same time? Overall for the amount of money we paid we are not impressed with the oven at all.We have now had 4 call outs on this oven over the last 2 months and still the issues have not been resolved.Can you please get back to me ASAP and let me know what you are going to do to resolve these issues.RegardsPhil Cherry07880523241
I bought a cooker when I was starting to use discoloration and chipping on the surface, which is quite disappointing given the short time since purchase.I contacted customer service but they said this is not under warranty and I paid £850 for this stove. This is unacceptable. The problem I experienced in two weeks
The cooker is wonderful but the service has been poor and the instructions dreadful plus I have found it impossible to send the details for the warranty. The cooker has multiple functions but the instructions have been very badly translated, for example the hob is referred to as ‘the floor’, ‘the piano’ and ‘the pian’. Much is complete gobbledygook.*********I have now read your reply. Thank you for registering the warranty. Also I’m pleased you have listened to my criticism of the instructions. I hope Lofra Italy respond by updating them so they are as good as their product.
After an unavoidable hiccup with the initial delivery date, the cooker was delivered promptly with no problems, and our old oven was removed. The delivery team were quick, polite and professional.The range cooker itself is great, easy to use, easy to keep clean and good looking too. Would recommend, thank you.Edited 25 September. The lovely cooker blew up at the end of August. I contacted the supplier who said they would arrange for a repair. I've heard from the repair company. I haven't actually seen anyone yet though. I'm beginning to wonder if the local chip shop will be open for Christmas dinner...
