We are very happy with our log cabin. The two guys who lay the foundation and constructed the cabin were such hard workers, so polite, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Very happy with the quality and standard of the cabin itself, and good follow up customer service too.
terrible customer service paid €4,500 for a cabin, wood for door was forced into shape and it eventually went back to its natural shape the door is now worped. also the hinge at the bottom was broke they took it off and were meant to come back with a replacement part that was over 4/5 months ago. I am considering about taking legal action disgusting way to treat your customer con men will not recommend yous to anyone in the future 👿👿
Hi first of all the two men that came to put together the Log Cabin, were great, very friendly and great workers. My cabin is just fab and I am using it as my Art Studio, and it works . Plenty of light and room to move around and to have some storage in it too. Everyone that has viewed it wants the same so you might have some enquires re- the same. Thank you all .
We had our garden room built a few years ago by Loghouse. They recently came out to take some photos and a video of it. I can’t recommend them enough. They are so lovely and pleasant to deal with. We had a minor issue with one of the doors and someone came out and sorted it for us and showed us how to adjust them easily if it happens again.
Very dissapointed with this company. No customer services. Constantly passed on to other people. I have 3 humps in the floor now and only built end of Oct. Emailing since start of Nov and only got back to me early Jan. Solution was planning the humps. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE MONEY IT COST. I ask for new floor and surprise surprise no reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay away!!
We just recently had our 2 bed type F cabin built by loghouse. We couldn't recommend them enough our cabin was delivered ahead of schedule and finished in 5 days. Efka and Andre were extremely professional and their attention to detail was something else. They worked so hard and showed us everything we need to know to maintain the cabin.Eli from the orders team was also very helpful and made the whole process so simple.Thank you loghouse.
Just had the Ashford Contemporary built on site and the experience I had with everything from sale through to completion was excellent. The guys who came to site were such nice guys and so very professional. Efka and Andre were so easy to work with. They were professional, courteous, friendly and so good at what they do. They had huge attention to detail and left the site clean and tidy. Some of the hardest workers I have ever come across. Very impressed. The overall experience has been excellent and although the lead time was long (20 weeks) it was well worth it.
This company has no customer service and did not keep to their contract. They installed my cabin incorrectly, without a window so the rain gets in and a door that won't open. Worst of all they have not responded to me about fixing this!! One month later and refusing to answer any calls or respond to any queries or provide any information. However, they have taken my money despite incomplete installation. I am writing this review as I see they respond to reviews and I have had no other communication from them.
