Absolutly NO customer service

Absolutly NO customer service. Been 1 1/2 years and this company still fobbing us off. Wood has started rotting with mould as the cablin was constructed on the wrong base !! This company DO NOT CARE. They just want your money.

6x3 Kilkenny

I recently had a 6x3 Kilkenny built. There was a small delay due to current supply chain issues which is totally understandable. The sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful as ours was a custom build with 2 rooms. I was regularly updated from the install team in Dublin re delays and was compensated with paint and a few extras which was super generous. The install team from Glanmire were excellent, 2 lads who were a pleasure to have around and kept us updated on the progress ( the choice of music was a little dodgy - sounded like the Eurovision on a couple of occasions 😂. Great company to deal with, would highly recommend.
