Although I let my dad look after the liaising for me. I received a first class service from all the Loghouse staff, a special mention for Steven O' Driscoll, the Sales Manager of the Cork branch, who addressed any queries / concerns that I had. Every part of my experience, from the beginning of the design to the delivery, preparation, erection and the quality of workmanship was second to none, this coupled a super heat efficient, draft free log cabin, results in a first class 5 star service.Lorna, (West Cork)
My dad loves his new "grandad flat". We went for the budget one bed type B cabin as there is more space in the living area and the outdoor veranda is a plus in the summer months. Our experience with Loghouse was great from start to finish. You can tell they are very experienced at what that do, especially the installation team (impressive to watch them work). Dad loves his new home at the back of the garden and is impressed with the warmth & cosiness. The neighbours were all impressed too.
I am delighted with my loghouse, from start to finish the whole process was run so well,I saw some reviews beforehand saying the team were hard to get on the phone but i didn't find that at all and had great support. The cabin came earlier than expected and was put up within 3 days,everyone involved were great and so nice to work with, the plumber, carpenters electricians all worked so well together and made the whole process so speedy. I can not find any fault in the cabin and have recommended loghouse.ie to everyone I know .
We cannot praise the staff at Loghouse enough. From the start dealing with Keith, to Mindy & his uncle well what can we say only excellent workers. It was such a pleasure to have them working at our house. Also the painter…sorry didn’t get his name but an excellent job. Thanks so much to all!
Excellent service and work from start to finish. We went with the ground screw option for the base and its rock solid. The cabin build only took 2 days and the guys were very professional. They left the place spotless when finished. Highly recommended.
Our new log house is so perfectly made. During a storm a candle wouldn’t flicker inside. The workmanship and quality is outstanding. It arrived 7 weeks before the due date, we were delighted when we were offered an earlier installation.The carpenters were experienced, diligent and precise.The Loghouse is far better value also than competitors, many of the brochure extras were given as standard. I couldn’t recommend Loghouse highly enough. Thank you.
Purchased Kilkenny log cabin from Loghouse 8 weeks ago to use it as office and chill out area for my teenager kids. The guys who showed up to fit the cabin worked really hard and workmanship was second to none. We had the cabin insulated to use at winter months as well. Highly recommend
Cannot give 0. PAID as requested when cabin was delivered. However, no roof tiles, no windows,no doors,no balcony, no guttering or downpipes. Was advised we would be contacted re delivery- nothing, cannot even get through on the phone. Not to mention the workmen wouldn't even get out of the van until they received confirmation of payment. Unfortunately we would advise to avoid at all costs. I did not do my research fully as I can see that all the negative reviews here just confirm the experience we have had so far, requesting money and incomplete delivery and service.
