It was so bad, the taste of the cake was not that bad as the look of the cake, it was horrible it looked very different thank in the actual picture, so wouldn’t recommend this cake

I ordered a cake for shipment. The cake was delivered a day late, melting and completely smeared. The sides of the cake were crumbling. It was an absolute mess. 0/10 do not recommend.

Cake was not fresh and the taste was awful.

The cake looked nice but the double chocolate taste was very bad and it was not fresh. I bought so many cakes from Lola but this time was awful. I paid £85 but I wasted my money. We put whole cake in the bin.

A 5 STAR SERVICE!

The delivery experience was clean and well-handled. The cupcakes arrived in this big box, with foam around them on the inside that also acted as insulation and the cupcakes were cold and in original condition upon arrival. The cupcakes were then brilliant. Every single one was unique and delicious. I am 100% going to be ordering from Lola's again.
