I was buying for a slightly unique space and everybody at Love Your Home from beginning to end approached my choice and my purchase as if it was their problem to solve too. We sat together many times and to see whether we had thought of everything. When I had any doubts I was able to talk through it again which I really appreciated. The consistency of customer service continues all the way through to delivery, with Sophie making the process exciting and Craig and Connor delivering in such a professional and calm manner even when their journey had been awful that day. Love Your Home is a joyful experience and my sofa is beautiful.
I’m really pleased with this sofa. It’s comfortable well-made and looks fantastic in the room. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and the delivery was excellent. Mike and Craig were friendly professional and handled everything with care ensuring the sofa was set up perfectly. Overall, it was a great service.
The couch is absolutely stunning, the delivery and customer care were excellent. We went to the showroom in London which was a really pleasant experience and we were so well looked after. Today the delivery was done with care and patience getting the couch into a very tight doorway. Mike and Craig were super friendly and even helped us move our old couch out. The instructions for maintenance were explained clearly and they even gave the couch a steam before leaving. 10/10 would recommend.
Incredible service from Aiden and Martin, delivered on time and assembled very heavy king ottoman storage bed without any complaints. Works brilliantly and looks great. They even steamed and brushed the fabric, and put protectors on the feet. Recommended!
