I just booked a winter escape to Lanzarote and frequently use this service. I find the app very user-friendly, and the customer support is top-notch. My booking was handled by a representative who explained everything clearly and was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it for all my future holiday bookings.
Booking online is straightforward, but you might find that calling the service offers better rates. I reached out and was quoted £2,155, so I mentioned I needed to consult with my spouse. After discussing it with her, we completed the booking online, and just 20 minutes later, a representative from the service called to offer the same deal for £2,100. If possible, it's worth calling to provide your details and waiting for a callback with a better offer.
Steer clear of this agency! They book the lowest-cost tickets without luggage to increase their profits but fail to mention the fare type in the itinerary. It's absurd to expect a traveler on a 5-day trip to fly without any bags. They conceal important details and then surprise you with hefty fees. Untrustworthy service with no transparency!

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not return. The room was poorly cleaned, and the floor was so dirty it felt sticky. Overall, it did not reflect the images online. My room lacked a kettle and shampoo, and when I requested a charger adapter at the reception, I received a very dirty one. I would share a photo to illustrate, but I'm unsure how. I've never encountered such a filthy charger before. The sound insulation is also inadequate. I came to relax, not to hear arguments in the middle of the night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was terrible, forcing me to rely on my own mobile data. This hotel claims to be 4-star, but it barely qualifies as a 3-star. I am very dissatisfied.
I have arranged numerous vacations through this platform and enjoyed wonderful stays in beautiful accommodations. The booking process is incredibly simple, and I appreciate the constant updates throughout. We're now searching for our next trip at the end of the year to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and a significant birthday for my husband.
The website is simple to navigate and booking is straightforward. However, if you encounter issues while traveling, such as flight cancellations, the service shows little interest in assisting you, claiming it's the airline's responsibility. They couldn't even provide the airline's customer service information. This will be my first and last experience with this service; I usually rely on a travel advisor who would resolve everything in a single phone call. Instead of passing the responsibility to the airline and leaving customers in a tough spot, they should improve their support. Disappointing customer service! Lesson learned.
Overall, it was a good experience with the service. The accommodation was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was well arranged. However, I did make a minor error with a name on the reservation, which resulted in a significant fee to amend it. Aside from that concern, the holiday was enjoyable.
