Fantastic service - excellent value and user-friendly app. I’ve arranged my last few trips with this service and they have become my go-to option. I’m already planning my summer getaway with them, although I’m facing some challenges this time since I won’t be flying with a certain airline.
This is my second experience using a travel service for an all-inclusive holiday abroad, including flights and transfers. The booking process is simple and hassle-free. Last time, we traveled to a destination where we arranged shuttle transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, where we were greeted by an amazing representative who assisted us throughout our stay. We enjoyed two weeks there, and now I've booked another trip to a different location with the same all-inclusive option and shuttle transfer. I highly recommend this approach to anyone planning a holiday, as it makes for a seamless return journey. I can't find any faults with the service; we created wonderful memories and even made friends with the staff during our last trip! 😊
The website is quite straightforward to navigate, but it's important to be cautious about pricing, as the displayed amount isn't always the final cost; there are extras like baggage and airport transfers. This was my first experience with the service, and now that I'm familiar with the layout, I would certainly consider booking with them again. Their price comparison turned out to be the most affordable.
My experience was somewhat disappointing. Although I appreciated the staff at the service, especially those at the airport, there were several aspects of the holiday that left much to be desired. One issue was that changes were necessary for my booking after I had already paid. However, the most frustrating part was that the resort we selected was advertised as a 5-star, yet in reality, it felt more like a 3-star – the buildings and rooms were outdated, and the food quality was poor during most of our 9-day stay. While our children had fun on holiday, my spouse and I were eager to return home, feeling that we had made a regrettable choice.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a service. They shouldn't even be allowed to operate. I've reported them for a data breach and initiated an arbitration process to recover my funds. Once I presented my case, they stopped responding altogether. It's unacceptable! While they claim I accepted a figure that was due to me, handling this while I was on holiday does not equate to good customer service. Ignoring the issue and neglecting your customer is not acceptable! My opinion remains unchanged. Terrible service.
I was let down by my vacation to Morocco last year. The images did not accurately reflect the hotel we selected, and they seemed overly edited to enhance their appeal. The conditions were poor, with broken sockets, no air conditioning, and an outdated decor. It's essential to conduct thorough research and check reviews from other travelers before making a reservation.
How Love Holidays had handled my request to return home one day earlier after the death of my nan.
Immediately after receiving the news, I contacted the airline directly. They confirmed that flights were available and that there were open slots for me to amend my return. However, I was told that because the booking was made through Love Holidays, the change had to be processed by the agency. I therefore waited for Love Holidays to get back to me—only to be informed that you were “unable to offer any flights.” This directly contradicted what the airline was looking at on their system in real time.
I repeatedly asked for alternative options and for details of your complaints process. Instead of meaningful help, I was offered £50 compensation and a message wishing me a “happy holiday,” despite you knowing this would mean I could not attend my nan’s funeral. This response was shockingly cold and completely lacking in empathy. You later suggested a flight three days earlier within a ten-day holiday, which was not a reasonable solution and showed no understanding of my circumstances.
Their customer support felt robotic, scripted, and focused only on additional fees and rigid reference to terms and conditions. The holiday may appear cheap at the point of sale, but it is clear this is because every amendment is met with charges, with no flexibility for bereavement or mitigating factors.
I am deeply upset by the way I was treated at one of the most difficult times of my life. I expect a full explanation as to why Love Holidays claimed no availability when the airline confirmed the opposite, and why no compassionate discretion was applied.
I would urge others to stay away from this company and instead pay for a travel provider that actually cares about their clients and acts honestly when airlines are confirming there is availability.
