We would have given5 stars but forgot to add 20%off love holidays discount code and when tried to amend , twice through call handlers about3 mins later , we were devised they couldn’t make any changes, no refunds, amendments etc without full cancellation - felt deliberately cheated, misled and 20% out of pockets with unhelpful agents.Ist, orginal call handler was great !
Extremely unhelpful company when it comes to ammending! for personal reasons couldnt go with original dates. Although it said free accomodation cancellation up until june 26, i was told i couldn't cancel just that part. Even although jet2's website would allow me to change the flights myself, Love holidays have left me no other option than to cancel the whole holiday and forfeit about £800.
