Poor customer service, we just wanted to change the hotel on our package to the one we almost went for, keeping flights the same etc but they tried charging a huge increase from what a new buyer would get. No customer service rep that we spoke to could explain to us why and just kept saying the same generic response over and over again. No understanding just want to get rid of you. Very unhappy.
