I have quite a few items from lrm, love the bags great quality, always friendly answering my question, but the bags are amazing, if you want a great present or a treat for yourself that’s the place to go can’t go wrong, great service and brilliant products, the attention to detail is insane !! Would recommend always !!!
All I want to know is why I haven’t received my order back on September 11th. They are in stock online yet still waiting. No reply from their customer service. Just messages back to say they are really busy so delays in responding. Just want to know where my order is or a refund so very disappointed in their service. I think 24 hours is over and above enough time to sort out existing orders. Won’t use this company again as these were presents and dates have been missed and the lack of communications makes the company not acceptable .Sorry hate to leave a bad review but I just want my two bags ordered or a refund.Order 85432.
Absolutely love all my LRM bags. The quality of the bags is beautiful, my suede lily is my favourite, the colour and feel is perfect. I always get so many compliments when I wear any of the bags but especially the black Eliza.The team are so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend enough.
Words cannot describe how much I love LRM bags. I am on my 6th bag and adore all of them. My in laws recently bought me the new Lucinda bag for my birthday but chose the clear option for embossing, rather than gold. I emailed the team who provided a quick response saying that they were able to change it as it hadn’t been shipped yet. Great customer service, thanks so much.
