Review Time
Website not updated, l order some boots that I been waiting on , finally I got an email saying they were available, so I order them ,then the next day I get an email saying that they made mistake on their website that boots had to be back order. Very bad website service!
Your stores are understaff for customer service plus they don't have much product. Everyone was nice but did not have time for the customers. (I noticed a lot of customers complaining and leaving the store because they were unable to get serviced.)Also I bought a boot on line and wanted to return it to the Santa Fe store and they said they cannot not accept the return. I wanted to exchange for a different style and since they did not have it in the store they said that they would transfer it from another store to the Santa Fe( So I can try it on for sizing and not familiar with the square or pointed toe) store which they never did, nor did they ever call me to follow through. I called that store at least 3-4 times and once was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.Bottom line is that I will give the customer service online a 4 but the store gets a 2 and that was generous.
